It's not about her life.

A) Kareena has written 2 chapters in her dietician's book "lose your weight, not your mind", and it was one of the highest selling books that year.

B) Kareena has just recently decided to add a FEW personal details here and there. Otherwise she clarified months ago that this book will NOT be about her personal life. It's a book where she shares her beauty and style fundas with people.
