On the other side, Maan had a meeting with the DIB, Rajiv Sanghvi. He was a very strict and proficient Police Officer, that the reason he is a DIB.

He liked Maan a lot. The working style and the potency he has. Becoming a DGP in such an early age is not a kid's play. He knows Maan can do anything to serve his country and people.

He has a selfless attitude, which is the biggest weapon of any police officer.

Maan and RS (Rajiv Sanghvi) were sitting in Maan's cabin. A hot conversation was going to start. Adi offered water to RS but he refused and started.

RS: Maan, what are you going to do now?

Maan: Sir, honestly I am very much confused. I don't know what we should do. Should we get in their team and merge with them or wait for an attack from their side that will give us a clue.

Adi was listening their conversation silently, but when Maan said that he will be merging in their team and risking his life there he interrupted,

ADI: Siiirrr, we have two options either to risk the life of hundreds of people or'.(he stopped in between then said) or to use Geet as bait.

Maan shot an angry glare to Adi, which was enough to shut him up. He can do anything but can never risk her life.

RS: Geet is it that girl, you saved? Right Maan?

Maan nodded.

Maan: Yes sir, but we cannot risk an innocent's life.

RS: Maan, its better to risk one life than 100s, isn't it?

Maan's blood was boiling but he controlled.

Maan: yes sir.

RS: we can take care of her security, we just need to know their secret place, people who are working for them and who is their leader.

Maan: When should we start this?

RS: Not now just wait for few weeks.

Saying this he stood up and patted Maan's back and said, "Maan beta, Dimag se kaam krna dil se nhi" Maan looked at him and RS smiled.

He asked Adi to accompany him. They both left leaving Maan alone in his cabin.

Maan thumped on the couch and rested his elbows on his knees and his face in his palms thinking what will happen next now.

At night,

Geet and Yash were going home, listening songs on radio

Sweet song...By Neil.

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world

I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night

"Geet kal Adi will come okay. And you better wait for him." Yash said.

"okay, no problem. You will call and tell me about your decision." Geet said.

"Geet mene kaha na, its better if you don't take it in a positive way." Yash said.

Geet replied, "hmm" then the journey was silent just the music playing at the back.

At Night,

Geet was thinking about Maan and her encounter this morning. The way he held her hand she loved it, she started rubbing her wrist where Maaan held her and smiled.

NT and Dev saw her and NT nudged Dev,

NT: Suno ji, Yeh pagal toh nhi ho gayi?

Dev: uff Nainu kuch bhi bolti ho, call her.

NT nodded and called her,

NT: Gappu' gappu'

No reply, so she shouted,

NT: GAPPU!

Geet was startled hearing her sister shout and asked

Geet: kya hua di?

NT: tu bol tujhe kya ho gya h? kahan koi huyi h? isliye kehti hun itna exhaust mat kiya kar khud ko.

Geet: nhi di voh buss.. mujhe need aa rhi h mein sone jaa rhi hun okay. GUD NIGHT jiju and Didu.

NT came to her side and kissed her head and said, "tu ja so jaa vaise bhi kitni tired lag rhi h!"

Geet nodded and went inside her room.

12 at midnight

Maan was very impatient and was feeling very restless. He felt that something is going to happen and the first thing that came in his mind was GEET.

(Maan baba ki jai ho! sote sote sapna! 😛)

He grabbed his cell phone and called the officers who were secretly watching the movements inside and outside her home.

No one picked the call. He became more restless and threw his phone on the bed.

On the other side

A man with black clothes and black mask was creeping slowly behind the police vehicle standing outside Geet's house.

He took out the knife from his pocket and silently walked towards the window.

The policeman was talking on his walkie-talkie suddenly heard a creeping noise and came out of the car and the man grabbed his neck and sliced it with his knife.

He walked slowly towards the house in front of him and went towards the window on the left ' which was Geet's room window.

He was going to enter the room through the window when someone grabbed him from behind and he was alerted. A man was holding pistol on his head and kept his other hand on the thief's neck.

The man whispered into his ear, "If you move a little I will either twist your head or put this bullet in your head."

The black masked man shivered with his voice cause he knew it was none other than the man, who hated criminals to the core. Every criminal is scared of him and it was MAAN SINGH KHURANA. He trembled with fear.

Maan took him with him to a safe distance from house so that the members do not wake up.

He asked him why he was here and who sent him.

"Sir mein yahan vo.. voh.." Man said.

Maan punched him tight on his face hlding him from his collar and man stumbled and cried, "aahhh' nhiii.. mein toh yahan sirf uss ladhki ko marne aaya tha."

This angered Maan very much and he pushed him against the wall and asked, "who sent you?"

Man was out of his conscious now. Maan shook him so that he could ask him who sent him. But he was long gone.

Maan sighed and threw him on the ground. He had already called his team when he left from home. Soon they reached to the spot.

Yash and Adi took the man to hospital.

Taruna asked Maan, "Sir, now you can go home everything's fine. Mein aaj yahan ruk jaungi."

He looked back at his house once more and make sure that the security system is much more tight than before, and went back home.

Maan decided to go to meet her family and talk to them about her security.

NEXT day!

Geet was having her breakfast and her doorbell rang. She ran towards the door and opened it. She got the biggest shock of the day and she stood rooted to her place. she saw Maan standing on the door looking deadly handsome with his white see through shirt and blue denim jeans.

Maan saw her gaping at him and waved his hand in front of her. still no response so he knocked at her head and said, "Anybody home!!!!"

Geet came out of her dreaming and said," you what are you doing here? Aapko sharam nh aati kisi Abla aur shareef ladhki ke ghar baar baar akar."

Maan looked at her head to toe and then said, "Shareef! Abla! Kis angle se?"

Geet was embarassed and pulled her shorts little down and asked again, "what are you doing here?"

Maan said sternly coming back to his avatar again, "I am here to meet your family members miss Geet!."

Geet thought, "Family se kya baat karni h, pakka yeh DUSHKT DANAv meri life ki band bajane mein tulle huye hen." She made a cribbing face.

They both saw Dev and NT coming out of their room. Watching MAan here was the biggest surprise Dev could get.

THey both saw each other in amusement and said in unison, "TU YAHAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
