The Global/Channel mods were more interested in bringing back K-M and the rest like Lima, Methala than us as I feel they do know that the members love and miss them a lot. And not only that Khoo used to be a mod on some other forums if I am not wrong. Even today I guess negotiations are still on and we may not be privy to these matters.

Lastly, Today I decided to come back to the forum just to post the following title "Estrangement, Bereavement and Entreaty !" requesting K-M, Lima, Methala and the rest to come back. Members can post there, if they want to. The same applies to "Sorry and Thank you" which was a post made with special interest for K-M.

Thank you, I just checked out the quitting is not the answer and in fact the same point I bring up is brought up there, as what the mods have done. I am searching for the one where they begged them back as the quiting was different kind of post neither specifically directed to them and much different than the one in this thread. I shall search for the link but if you find it please post it and post the section if not the page the comments were on. The solution and Dev team posts does not give proof of efforts either, in fact, that posts the mods say to grow up and move on. In which case I ask, do we discard there archives, I see already the character analysis is removed and show details or displaced. But again, in those posts I didn't find anything. I do remember the other two threads and shall try to research them again. And since I probably got the wrong princess thread, please point me out to the right ones. BTW I really do appreciate your writing sirginia. The computer went down once before I could comment on a piece you took 2 days to write. It was phenomenal. So Thank you as you have been helpful. And I hope you'll help me find the posts. Personally, I think if many members would come back if they felt applauded and appreciated by there superiors more so than us. Like Fallen Angel, Melatha, Lima, PMTwist and oh so many more including and hopefully Monika and Khoo. The moderators posts begging them is great if you can find them, I'm sure they missed the already existing begging and pleading posts as I did.

Chalo i think atleast interview ke bahane hi sahi this post was visisted more than 1000+ times but only 23 replies.....aaj kal log interview link ke liye thanks bhi nahi bolte shayad......Whats happening to this parivar ?

Please don't talk about quitting again. Quitting is not a solution. India-Forum is a global forum today because of members like you. I know how we get passionately attached to these dramas and then the directors bring the usual pathetic twists and we lose interest. Some leave, some stay and some move to another section. We really can't do anything here. Trust me it is not in our hands. One thing we can do is to exchange our views and make new friends on this forum. Now IF is much more than just some TV shows. I have made so many good friends here that each time I stay away due to some personal commitments I tend to come back with more sprint to be on the forum again. IF is addictive 😊 .

Please don't say that GMs and Admin didn't request enough the viewbies and other members to stay back. If you check 'Quitting not an answer' post by Princess, you can find many such posts by them. All of us work really hard to maintain this forum well so we know how much effort khoo and Monika and the rest put to keep this KS forum kicking. All of us are volunteers. I am a working mom of a 2 year old. When I joined IF, I used to write updates and soon got promoted to coolbie then viewbie, moderator and CM. S.Priya (GM) is a very busy lawyer. Minnie, another GM is a working mother of 2, Sree, our admin lives in a joint family and yet they spent almost two sleepless nights trying to persuade Khoo, Monika and the rest to stay back and solve the issue. I just mentioned these few names because these people spent all those hours trying their best to bring an amicable solution to the issue. All members are equal and important to us. So we always try our level best to find a solution which is acceptable to all. I don't know how many of you are aware of the fact that Samy and I were taking care of KS section since beginning.We conducted the first banner contest too. Later I went for a long vacation and KS section got two very talented viewbies. From there on Monika and khoo maintained KS forum extremely well, there is no denying that. We have tried our level best but they won't come back at least not as viewbies of KS. I was very happy to see that Monika was on the section yesterday. No one denies appreciation to their work. As part of development team all of us feel proud in doing something for IF because in return we get all your appreciation and love.

One or two members cannot create a parivaar. A parivaar is created by all the members. Whether we lose one member or hundred, whole paraivaar is hurt and it is a loss to IF family, which is a bigger parivaar. It is a request to all dear members to stay back in your parivaar and bring back the fun days. Aap sab ke bina ye parivaar adhoora hai.😭

The character analysis thread was unstickied to give way for new stickies and reduce clutter. In the past too many threads were unstickied when new ones were posted and it goes back when some other is removed. It is a normal practice in almost all sections. It was Khoo who removed the September birthday sticky and also deleted the content in it. She also removed the September written and video updates from archive so Samy created a new one and added September written and video updates in the new one. Lima removed many of her videos and now we don't have many videos in archives. We are not part of any of this. You can very well see that some stickies made by Khoo are still there so please trust us we didn't do anything on purpose. We are still trying to get the section back to normal and we really appreciate all the help we can get.

We have been saying this for the past 2 weeks, and i again say that "Quitting is not the Answer". Anjali, the CM has explained everything so beautifully here. So i do not want to write the same thing all over again.

But, i would like to tell you all that IF has reached this stage and has gone really popular only bcos of the deligent and dedicated members like you. We all make up a Big Parivaar, wherein we see members with various tastes and likes. IF gives an open and clean platform to all, to express their thoughts and have a nice time. We see all members as One... So please take it off from your mind that We do not care if few members go from here...

If this had been our intention, we would not have struggled so much for 3 days and 3 nights to make Khoo and monika stay back... We here tell all the members here that We really tried our best to get them back. And there has been several posts from us during that discussion, where we had openly said that they two have been the pillars of the section.. So again, please do not think that we have never acknowledged their efforts and contribution to the forum... We tried every possible thing to get them back... I do not want to go back into more details about what happened ... bcos , we have probably done all things possible on it...

I request all the members here to stay in the section and make this section get back the spice, fun and excitement back.... I agree that we do tend to get bored with the monotous story line shown in every other serial.... We tend to get so much attached to these serials that, we just cannot digest it, when we see the wonderful storyline being reduced to nothing but a mere joke.... But at this point of time, we need all our members to keep posting, have their share of excitement in the section so that we never lose the interest in the serial and also in the forum.... So please keep calm and keep poisting, try to peg the morale of others by your lovely posts... We want to see you all active in the section, even when the story is at its worst.... Thank you Anjali, Sree, Sirginia, PM, and all the others who have responded. I am glad to know that Khoo and Monika and Lima and Tinkerbell and the long list that follows, well that there efforts have not gone unnoticed. I appreciate you taking the time out to express your views and your roles as too are appreciated as well as your dedication. I wish you all the best and have no doubts your success will continue and am happy to see that Khoo and Monika are content and still with the forum as members. The main thing I wanted was to make sure there efforts didn't go unnoticed by there mods and or collegues volunteering on IF. And since it hasn't I am very happy. Thank you once again. Take Care.

Oh my, you are funny Sarah, I wanted to wish the new team luck and thank the old and existing one. I am just really busy thus have tried to make my last post. But I'll be back sooner than you know. I actually don't know Monika or the others so well. But I read Monika's member of the week profile and it mentioned Anjali as her Nach Baliye contest partner and the others mods. Even in the other girls too, they have this special friendship, as they work side by side. That was my main reason for finding these posts, as I know there kinship was here when they started and I had faith that it would be here even know. I don't know much about the people who ran KS except the result of there work which is phenomenal. So I am delighted Anjali wrote how much the gang means to her as the others. I have heard very highly of Sree di as well. So again, that was my purpose to show find posts that there coworkers and people they cherish truly appreciate them. I am so delighted that I found what I wanted. And that Monika and Khoo will still be members to watch this parivaar grow. I did like your posts as well sarah. I'm sorry you were confused.

I know whatever the bunch did they did with passion and they never asked for appreciation, but I just wanted to make sure that should they decide to leave the forum forever that they do read what the others they worked with wrote in there regard. But since they are with us, Monika and Khoo were here, and I am very delighted by there posts. I do hope all the those that worked for the forum are back too, all the coolbies and all. As for them not staying on as viewbies and coolibies or whatever, that's fine as things happen for a reason, and bigger better things will be there for them. I am very impressed by all that Anjali wrote and happy that such talented people run this forum, but I am not at all surprise. Lol, if it weren't for these member of the week profiles I really would not know anything Monika or Lima or anyone. I think Lima said it the best, on her MOW, I asked her how she did so much or whether eyes hurt or something, as she has done a great job. She said she truly loved what she does and I believe that's what made the work of these girls so special. I'm just glad for you kind words for all the coolbies and all the bies. Nevertheless, I'm sure the new team, esp with Anjali and Sree and Samy and the old crew to hold their hand will continue in the footsteps of the old.
