dont understand hinidi that well but i can figure out what going on

basicallly

tej asking chanda where the evidence is for dadajis death

chanda tells him coz he put the knife on her neck nd shes bleedin

tej destroys the evidence and taps sees this

after taps comes away nd says why is tej destroying video tapes in chanda didi's room.(something like that)
