The Bhonsle family gets ready to go ahead with preparation for pooja to ward of the upcoming danger that Guru Ma had predicted for them...

Aai Saheb takes the reins in her hands..as she distributes the work among her family members... For the first time we meet the entire Bhonsle household in Kolhapur..

The aging Aai Sahib has a commanding presence like her son among the Bhonsle clan..Everyone respectfully agrees to carry out her orders... Only Sunbaia.k.a. Gayatri offers her suggestion to the lady of the house to not worry with the preparations and that they will be carried out in accordance with the priest's requirements...

The matriarch doesnot take this interruption by her daughter -in-law kindly...The coveted position of being the lady of house is not up for grabs according to her. Even though Gayatri keeps on trying to assert her importance..

The age old simmering saas and bahu strained relations peeks again.. but the approach to the issue is fresh.. two strong ladies who try to establish their importance in the family sphere using their brains minus loud theatrics...

Gayatri's young son is missed in the family meeting.. on his return he is reprimanded by his grandmother and mother.. The young man quitely listens to their displeasure with an apology... He requests to be excused from the puja which further provokes his mother's ire... It seems that the Bhonsle household is run on strict guidlines that have been set by Appa Sahib and his mother...The only word that is accepted is compliance and to fall in line is the norm...

As the family disperses.. Gayatri faces a sly taunt from her sister-in-law who tells the former to keep her son in check or else he might have to leave the Bhonsle riches and house for good... Gayatri is not happy on the reminder.. It can be safely presumed that her son is up for another piece of her mind in the coming episodes.. Had Gauri's parents to met with a similar fate? Last episode's love marriage incident of Gauri's friend and today the words of Appa Sahib's sister hint of a fate on likely lines..

Gauri is heartbroken to hear the truth that her extended family from India were not meant to be present at her wedding.. She shares her sorrow, dejection with Sid.. who tries to cheer her up with the fact that she will soon be welcomed to a loving family..It doesnot lift her mood and she requests to be left alone.. to sort her feelings.. as Gauri walks though the streets.. the preceding events keep playing in her mind.. I liked the touch where the heroine demands her space to deal with her issues..

Ashwini and Pratap wait anxiously for their daughter's return home.. Ashwini who is feeling sad at having broken her daughter's dream asks her husband if he is annoyed with her for doing so.. Pratap assures his wife that where his courage failed him,his wife was strong enough to do the right thing.. A sweet understanding between a husband and wife as he assures his support with a gentle squeeze of assurance of her hands.. As Pratap retires for the night Ashwini waits for her daughter's return worried on her impending reaction..

Gauri returns home and begs forgiveness from her mom for being rude with her.. Ashwini showers her love and apologizes on not telling the truth earlier.. The bond of a mother and child overcome an hurdle of a trying circumstance.. The mature handling of the sequence was well crafted...the difference of opinion, the hurt didnot make Gauri oblivious to the fact that her behaviour towards her mother was inappropriate.. The realization that her mom had bestowed unconditional love all her life and had put her daughter's happiness paramout to everything else..

As Ashwini hugs her daughter she says a silent sorry to her child for not being completly truthful...

Sid arrives at the Bhonsle residence with his cousins and manages to convince Gauri's parents to let her go with them on a weekend trip to Scotland...

As Sid and Gauri leave.. she tells him of her acceptance of the inevitable truth that she had pinned to much faith on false hopes and henceforth she will move ahead accepting what her mom always told " zindagi mein sab ko sab kuch nahi milta par thoda thoda sab ko milta hai" of concentrating on what she has and not loose focus of it for a wish...

Sid sees through Gauri's desperate attempt to compromise with herself and it was not what she really wanted to do.. As a true friend he lets her know of being able to see through her lie..Gauri breaks down on hearing it and her tears wash away her hopes...

As Gauri and Sid proceed on their road trip...she is surprised to see that their destination is the airport instead of Scotland..

Sid gently informs he doesnot want to start a new life with a girl who is not at peace with her inner feelings and finds herself divided into two worlds..

He has therefore arranged for her to visit India and meet the family she misses so much ..to receive answers to the questions that trouble her.. to end an unfinished chapter that haunts her before she embarks on a new one...

Gauri is unsure and doesnot want to go ahead with the plan keeping her parents in the dark.. but on Sid's insistence that she should follow her heart and that he will manage the issue with her parents she finally relents...

He tells her to come back to him, to his love...and not forget it once she has her answers...

Holding on to her goodbye gift of a scarf from Siddharth, Gauri leaves for India... but before she does she acknowledges her love to Sid for the first time...

The lovers part...with a promise to be back... to start their new life with happiness without a shadow of the past...

Will there love be strong enough to find it's way? Will the innocence of Gauri withstand the truth of Appa Sahib and Kohlapur?

The answers lie in the upcoming episodes...

The background score is increasingy growing on me.. with it's soft and understated tone..

The last scene where the protagonists depart...could have been a poignant one but the chemistry still needs to be built up a notch..

Hopefully the coming episodes will treat us with passionate intensity... waiting for the next I love you 1,2,3,4, to be wistful and heart wrenching..😳

The precap looks exciting with Gauri having her first shock at the grandeur of Appa Sahib's residence...

The episode starts in Kolahpur, where Aai has summoned the whole family together to distribute roles to everyone, to ensure the pooja is smooth sailing. Sunbai tries to please Aai by telling her that she needn't worry, but Aai is less than happy about her butting in. She rebukes Sunbai's help, which pleases Appa Saheb's sister. We are introduced to most of Appa Saheb's family as Aai delegates the various duties. Sunbai's son returns home late, which doesn't go down well with Aai, Sunbai scolds him for being late and informs him that it's very important he stays home tomorrow for the pooja, he tries to weasel out of attending the pooja, only to be told off more. As all the family leave the room, Appa Saheb's sister makes sly remarks to Sunbai; she mentions that only those who live by AS's rules can stay in the house otherwise they are shown the door. (I'm wondering if something similar happened to Ashwini & Pratab?)

Back in Southampton, Gauri has explained the whole situation to Sid and he tries to pacify her, and promises her that once they are married they will go to Kolahpur to get blessings from her whole family. Gauri asks Sid not to give her false hopes. Sid offers to drop Gauri home, but she says she needs some time alone...

Night falls and Ashwini & Pratab await Gauri's return home. Ashwini asks Pratab if he is annoyed at her for telling Gauri the truth, he tells her that she did what they should've done a long time ago, something that maybe he would never be able to do. Pratab goes to sleep while Ashwini anxiously paces the room waiting for Gauri. Gauri returns and straight away apologises to her mum for speaking the way she did to her, Ashwini also apologises to Gauri. Ashwini explains that the only reason they hid the truth from her is because they couldn't bear to see her unhappy...

The next morning, Sid and his cousins are trying to convince Ashwini & Pratab to let Gauri go on a road trip to Scotland with them (whoop whoop ROAD TRIP – sorry had to be done). Pratab agrees and everyone is thrilled, he explains to Ashwini that it will be good for Gauri to get away for a while. Ashwini reluctantly also agrees to the trip but is still worried for Gauri.

Gauri tells Sid that she's been thinking a lot about the situation, and decides that it's time for her to move on and look to the future – their future. Sid is not fooled by Gauri's speech and asks her for the truth, she goes on to tell him that she still feels sad, hurt & let down because she wanted her whole family to be present. But Gauri decides that for the next 2 days she will only focus on him & his cousins.

Gauri is confused when Sid drives to the airport and asks what's going on...Sid hands Gauri her passport and ticker and tells her that only she is going – not to Scotland, to India. Gauri begins to panic and says she can't do this, how can she go to India alone, when her parents think she is in Scotland?! Sid tells her that this is the only chance she'll get and that he can not see her in this state and she needs to go and get all her answers so she can return to him, her old self.

The episode ends with Gauri walking to the airport, looking back at Sid...

A good episode, I feel the episodes are getting better and I'm excited to see the family's reactions to Gauri

It's only a small thing but I really like the fact that Gauri dresses like someone from the UK, it's only a simple thing but it makes all the difference to me. The style of dresses, block colours, statement jewellery, skinny jeans, boots & long blazers; they all look like things you'd see people actually wearing in the UK...Sid was pretty appropriate too in his powder blue blazer!!

nice update and analysis.but i really loved their imean sid-gauri and family scenes.Really loved todays epi.about their chemistry.i loved them yaar 4 epi mein jitana bhi dekhaya.But yeah.their chemistry will improve a lot in the future.its just started😳.But really loved it so much.

yeah.that was magical and that i Love u 234.he sounds so cute and carrying.just loved it.i know now for few epi it wil be gauri-appa.but i want Mohit too yaar.😃
