I am just guessing the story ahead of Saarthi i think that Vishaka will be the first one to know abt shefali's asli chehra and than she wil try to protect both Bhumi and Arjun from her bad intentions and one day she will exposed Shefali in front of everyone.

Folks it is just a sketch how will u make a story on it?

I think it may be Vish or Mansen who'll expose Shefali coz both are greatful to her.

I think Vish will come to know about shefali and then with the help of Keshav she will expose her in the family,as for everyone Shefali has changed a lot and she has became an ARARSH BAHU....So Vish need to plan out against her and then do something...
