Filmitown - Ram has no qualms being overweight

For actors playing the lead roles on the small screen, maintaining their looks and physique, are of prime importance, but not for, Ram Kapoor, who in spite of playing the lead in, Balaji Telefilms' show, "Bade Achhe Lagte Hain", has no qualms about showcasing his potbelly and overweight body structure.

In fact the actor looks at the positive side of things, with his weight becoming his USP, for his shows. Also his co-star in the show, Sakshi Tanwar, makes him feel comfortable, without making him conscious about his weight issues. However, the actor has earned himself the nickname of, Golu Uncle, by everybody on the sets.

Ram Kapoor has shown his acting prowess, not only on the small screen, but even on the big screen, he has played some good roles, he can boast of.

He has had the opportunity to enact prominent characters, in movies like, "Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu", "Udaan", "Agent Vinod" and "Karthik Calling Karthik". For Ram, be it big screen or small screen, it should not make any difference, as far the actor is sincere about his job.
