hi...ok to post a picture you can go to any site like
-www.imageshack.com
-tinypic.com
so first you save the pic and then go to one of those websites and click on browse...then you open up the file so it is entered into the box...then you click on upload and a link should come up...pick the one that has an [img] in front of it and copy it to the signature box in edit profiles...

the members lounge is where all the member of IF hang out and discuss different topics, it's fun but i don't know what a slam book is sorry

and please try not to use all caps, it's against the rules and it is considered yelling

oh 1 thing the web add given to u as www.imageshack.com is supposed to be www.imageshack.us , that add was wrong, sent by mistake i guess
