Filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh says audiences will get to see a "new" Vidya Balan in "Kahaani 2" as the actress will perform some action scenes in the thriller.

"As per the demand of the role, there will be a lot of action in the sequel. So hopefully, audiences will get to see a new Vidya in 'Kahaani 2'," Ghosh told media.

I think there was no need to make a sequel of Kahaani.The story was fresh and to the point where it ended.What does Sujoy mean by action sequences?Bidya Bagchi was not an agent in the film.😕
