Part 17

Maan looked up at the board "CITY MENTAL ASYLUM". His eyes moist with the memories of his past where he had to pay heavily for his deeds. he wiped of his tears and headed inside with his lawyer behind. No one could stop him today nor the law or his family. He straight away headed inside the cabin where he would meet the doctor but once he was inside, he found it empty. He closed his eyes taking the seat to avoid his tears. He knew tat henceforth he have to be strong for his decisions. He needed to be very strong for getting her back into his life. His mind drifted to his past where he got the biggest news about her MEHAR and her life.

Doctor: m sorry Mr. Khuranna…

The word "SORRY" took away his everything. He was just numb while his eyes watched the doctor but his next words held him further as a sinner.

Doctor: M sorry but your wife has been slipped into coma and right now we neither can abort the baby nor do anything else.

Doctor looked up to all but none said a word to him.

Doctor: I can just say tat we have to wait for her and monitor the pregnancy from time to time now but I cant assure you anything about your wife nor the baby Mr. Khuranna.

She was wild, she was out of control and had a scissors in her hand while she had already injured the ward boy who had held her for giving the injection while her own body was covered with different wounds, some bleeding. The nurses and the ward boy tried to control her but she was too wild with her behavior and for this reason she was kept locked inside the room which was at a corner. A nurse ran to call the doctor while the others tried their best for controlling her.

Nurse: Doctor Patient No.786 is out of control..

Doctor: Wat.. how did it happen

Nurse: Doctor.. she has hurt herself again along with a ward boy.

Doctor: Get ready for electric shock.

She was held tight by the nurses and the ward boys while they laid her down on the bed and the doctor put on the electric belt for the shock treatment. She writhed and struggled to get out of their hold but they would not let her while the doctor started to give her the shock treatment and her tears made their way.

Doctor: wat the hell is wrong with you. how many times I have asked not to get in with the scissors.

Nurse: but doctor we needed to clean and redress her wounds and she was asleep when we entered par achanak se she became wild.

Doctor: get the injection ready.

Maan was feeling strange and he knew tat his MISHTI was in pain. He could not wait anymore and along with the lawyer he headed towards the room and the moment he was near he heard her scream, he ran just to see tat his MISHTI was being given the shock treatment. He held the Doctor's hand and pushed him away while the others were shocked to see THE MAAN SINGH KHURANNA, after a yearlong gap.

Maan: don't you dare try this doctor.

Doctor: How did you come inside?

Maan: don't.. not a word.. get out from here and who the hell gave you the permission to give her the shock treatment.

Doctor: Mr. Khuranna, if m not wrong than m her doctor and she needs it.

Maan: than I shall remind you tat the Khuranna's and Handa's had signed the bond tat none of the doctor's will give her the shock treatment.

Nurse: But Mr. Khuranna, she has been given this treatment since last six months, as she was getting wilder day by day.

The moment these words left the nurse's lips, Maan held doctor by the neck while the other moved away fearing Maan Singh Khuranna wand the doctor choked.

Doctor: leave… leave..

Doctor: she.. was.. getting.. wild.. we.. had to..

Maan: than I should even give this to you.

Maan pulled the doctor for showing him wat the shock treatment is but was stopped by none other than Vicky Singh Khuranna who had a doubt on Maan and a little bit research he came to know wat he had planned. He reached there with the police as Maan was not allowed to meet Mrs. Geet Maan Singh Khuranna and had to stay away from her due to the legal notice.

Vicky: and who the hell are you to say tat. He was given permission by me for her treatment.

Maan: by you.. how could you Vicky.

Vicky: Mr. Khuranna, I don't need to explain you anything and I would like you to be out from here right now or else the police will do their work.

Maan threw the Doctor away and smirked at Vicky giving his famous smirk and the moment it was enough for Vicky to know tat he wont listen.

Vicky: I suppose you need to be told again tat you are legally to stay away from Geet, Mr. Khuranna as per the court orders.

Maan: So…

Vicky: So out from here right now or else you will be arrested.

Maan: go ahead.

Vicky: Inspector… arrest him.

Maan: but before you do have a look at the papers Vicky Singh Khuranna.

Maan signaled his lawyer to hand over the papers to Vicky. Vicky was shocked to read the papers that had violated their court orders, none could stop Maan Singh Khuranna from meeting his wife, and he could do wat he wanted. Vicky looked up at Maan while Maan smiled seeing his confusion.

Vicky: You cant do this.

Maan: No one can stop me from taking my legally wedded wife Mrs. Geet Maan Singh Khuranna. do you get none can stop me.

Vicky: I wont allow you.

Maan: Really than do try Vicky and the moment you do I will forget tat you and I are blood related.

Vicky moved ahead but was stopped by his lawyer saying tat he could be arrested for this. Vicky stood at a corner while Maan carried an unconscious Geet into his arms. None could say a word now while Maan moved taking his Mishti away from them.

The whole Handa Haveli echoed with the sharp voice of Maan Singh Khuranna. Mehar who was inside with her Nani heard her Dadda and got excited while Rano got angry but before she could stop Mehar she ran.

Mehar: Dadda….. Dadda….

Maan: Mehar..

Mehar stopped seeing her Dadda here. It was the first time tat she saw her Dadda at Handa Haveli while Mohinder, Yash and Rano were angry to see him here.

Mehar: Dadda..you heryle..

Maan: Lets go Mehar.. Dadda is here to take you away.

Maan pulled Mehar holding her hand while Mehar jumped in excitement to hear tat her Dadda was here to take her but before he could move a inch Yash held Mehar by her other hand pulling her to him while she cried.

Mehar: mamu.. chodolo… me going.. to Dadda.. Dadda… see.. na.. mamu.. not.. leaving..

Maan: Yash.. let her go…

Yash: who the hell are you to take her.

Maan: Her Father… Maan Singh Khuranna.

Yash: Ohh really but if you forgot tat I will remind you tat you don't have any rights on her.

Maan: Don't talk about rights Mr. Yash Handa or else I will teach you wat real rights are. Just leave my daughter.

Rano: don't call her your Daughter Maan.. she is only Geet's.

Maan: and she is my wife.. Mrs. Geet Maan Singh Khuranna and my daughter Mehar Maan Singh Khuranna. and no one can stop me from taking them with me.

Mohinder: We can Mr. MSK.. We can.

Maan throws the legal papers at Yash and Yash was shocked to read the. It was clearly mentioned tat no one could stop Maan Singh Khuranna from saying tat Mehar was his daughter and none could stop him from taking her along with him but the biggest clause which he got to know was tat he could meet his wife Geet and could take her away from the hospital.

Yash: wat the hell is this.

Maan: this is my answer to your legal notice. You did a big mistake a year back and I obliged it but not anymore Mr. Yash Handa.. not anymore.

Yash: but this cant be..

Maan: Than prove it.. and I will back out.

Mohinder: Maan you are doing a mistake.. you will pay for it.

Maan: I had done it chote Papa but not anymore.. I need them, they need me, and none can stop me from getting them back.

Rano: Than she will Divorce you Maan.

Maan (smirking): Go ahead Choti Maa.. go ahead.. you did try it earlier and you know wat were the results. She needs to be perfectly fine to Divorce me and even if she was I would not do it.

Rano: You will Maan.. you will.. if you say tat you repent tat you will free her.

Maan: I cant and you know it Choti maa.. You know very well choti maa tat you cant.. its destiny… we cant get separated.. DESTINY…..

Rano: I wont mind her to die rather than staying with you.

Maa pulled Mehar from Yash while she happy hugged and kissed Maan with all love while Maan smiled seeing and feeling his daughter after like ages.

Maan reached near the car along with Mehar in his arm but he was a bit scared about Mehar's reaction seeing Geet. she had never seen Geet since her birth but knew how her Mumma looked. He slowly opened the door of the car and settled besides Geet who was sleeping or say was unconscious. The moment Mehar saw Geet, she just kept looking at her without blinking her eyes while Maan stared at Mehar.

Maan: Mumma… Mehar.. ur Mumma… My Mishti..

Mehar looked at her Dadda.. while her hands reached to touch Geet's face. She was a bit scared to touch her but Maan slowly led her hand to her face. The moment her hand touche Geet's face she smiled feeling her sot skin.

Mehar: Dadda.. Mumma.. real.. Mumma..

Maan: Haan.. Mumma real.. Dadda.. brought Mumma. For Her Mehar..

Mehar slowly kissed Geet's cheek and giggled feeling her skin. She kissed Geet repeatedly but frowned seeing her not opening her eyes.

Mehar: Dadda… Mumma.. Mumma.. open eyes na… see.. Mehar.. kissy Mumma.. but.. Mumma.. not.. openily.. eyes…

Maan: Mehar.. Mumma.. sleeping.. Mumma very tired na… so sleeping..

Mehar: But Mehar.. want.. play.. Mumma.. Mumma.. open.. eyes.. na..

Maan made Mehar to sit o his lap while his other had head reached to geet to hold her. this was the very first time his complete family was with him, His Mishti and her Mehar were with him. he smiled placing soft kisses on both while Mehar too kissed him . She held her Mumma-Dadda's hands in hers tight fearing tat they will go while Maan smiled seeing her cute actions same like Geet. He closed his eyes for a second remembering the words he heard from his Dadima.. way back when she was struggling of her life along with their MEHAR inside her.

"SHE IS YOUR SAVIOR MAAN, BUT YOU ARE HER DESTROYER ALONG WITH HER SAVIOR."

He truly understood the meaning of her words and now he wanted to be her savior or say his savior.
