Real slaps

Is anyone aware whether TV slaps that you keep seeing every day are real ? I have read about some real tight slaps being given by Saakshi (parwati) and Tina Parekh in GGKK as well as by Smriti Irani in SBKBT. Would appreciate if anyone can share other such instances where genuine slaps have been given ?

Slaps on screen are sometimes real and sometimes fake. today many of the slaps are fake coz after what happened to lalita pawar years back (the nerves in her eye were damaged by a slap given by one of her costars and her eye got permanently disfigured) nobody wants to take this risk with their careers and faces.

however one of the real slaps on tv that i know are the one that Grusha Kapoor (Lalitadevi) gave to Pallavi Kulkarni (Karishma) in Kehta hai dil, the slap was so hard that it is said pallavi's entire side turned red. but still she didnt complain and like thorough professional continued shooting.
