What's the significance of NK fasting on Karva Chauth for Sheetal 🤓

Is it NK for whom Sheetal is also fasting and Arnav was in the way and so she called him to turn his face away so she cud see NK better - bwahaaa ha ha ha! And the reports maybe NK sent for checking if the boy is his but lab people mistook the names coz of same boy samples from the same house 🤣

i can go on and on to make NK and Sheetal work , anything to make Arnav and Khushi exclusive to each other 😳
