You forgot KAT.

Sonakshi can act but doesn't do heroine orientated roles

Same with Alia. She received better reviews than Katrina did for her first 10 movies

Its not about the reviews- its the over all image. Kat is considered the top most actress today so she would be a part of such polls- no surprises there regardless of how she acts. But alia is still a new comer and asin/sonam are not in the same league as the rest of them!
