Just my thought.
Till now whatever shown in PV - Prashant cancer track is not touching the hearts. Why did the brought Prashant back that too with decease like cancer? According to me its just to open Aarti's secret in very BAD way... just to spice up the most important twist in the PV.
I don't know what they are going to show in upcoming episodes BUT till now, they have shown Mr. Dubey turned really selfish when it comes to his own blood. To save Prashant, he is ready to destroy the life of person to whom he earlier considered as own daughter. He just gone blind due to Prashant's decease.
I don't know, why Mr and Mrs Dubey is taking time and hesitating to reveal the truth to Aarti. Its alright that they have very hard phase of life when Prashant betrayed Aarti and humiliated her and is always difficult to forgive and forgot the sins he did. They treated Aarti like their own daughter. So when you have great bond why you are not opening up?
Prashant cancer is at advance stage and only remedy is bone marrow transplant? What is this? Bone marrow transplant? and that too off KID like Ansh? Has doctor gone MAD? Has Dubey's gone MAD? What they are trying to do? Give troubles and pains to grandkid to save their own son? What type of love and affection is it? What type of grandparents they are? This is the best example of the people who don't see anything beyond their own blood.
Now, If they tried bone marrow transplant without Aarti's / Scendia's permission / knowledge what will be the effect? Is there any guarantee that there will be no harm to Ansh? Are they ready to compromise Ansh health and Aarti's life for sake of their SON?

Why on the earth it always Aarti to take all the troubles, sufferings, pain and humiliation all the time and alone?
