simply signing the papers is not enough for trasfer of a property,you have to do many things along with it like personal appear ance before notary and proof of identity. in this case mata ji has transfered the property in the name of khushi bhardwaj which is not her real name,her real name is billo .how can she claim the property which is trasfered to khushi.this is a major legal loophole and i think by expsing this the bhardaj can reclaim theier property.

Very good point. I like this loophole...and wish CV's read your post because THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!!!!

The only problem is how can one prove her real name is Billo??? And how do you know Veeru did not secretly change the name from Khushi to real name? No one looked at it when Mataji signed...so the loophole itself has loophole...

Is the whole property in mathaji name? Others can none in their names?? ...she signed and the whole property is of khushi?..give some sense to the people making anything ...
