They did NOT get a nikaah done, ever.

Had they gotten a nikaah done, they wouldnt have needed to have a registered marriage under the Special Marriage Act, which allows a non-religious marriage between people of different faiths.

In case of a nikaah, you just present the nikaah certificate and boom, you're married.

Here's the document that's proof of their registered marriage under the Special Marriage Act.

And oh yeah, Saif's name on paper, lol

And Masand's gossip is as ridiculous as some of his reviews.

Why in blue blazes would Senior Pataudi be so adamant on Saif setting a "right" example of his kids with Kareena, when he clearly lived in with Rosa for 2 years as well. DIdnt see Pataudi Snr forcing a nikaah there. Saif's family's super liberal.

Sure it was a formality, they just signed a document and that was that. Its not like there was a religious ceremony.

personally i am not going by the photos because they werent really formal photos...i mean of course she wont be smiling and laughing in the car lol...but both saif and kareena said themselves that marriage means nothing to them and they dont care about it...they both said this is just a formality and they could care less...
