TV celebs dress up for a Halloween Party

Every year, people from world over celebrate 31 October as World Halloween day. It is a day when saints and sprits are honored. On this day, people usually dress up in spooky characters (often from famous movies or TV shows) and attend parties. Though this day is celebrated on a much larger scale in Western countries, people in India also enjoy the air of festivity in certain pockets.
