Hey guys...just got my power back, don't know if I will lose it again =/ Sandy has caused more damage than anyone can imagine...I need a distraction to get my mind off the devastation and the sadness that hovers over us on the East coast.

How was the second episode? What did I miss? Anything funny/cute/interesting? I will watch when I can, but thought you guys can fill me in and help me divert my mind for a few minutes ..

OMG Shanta I hope you are safe.

I'm over in Chicago so we are spared, I guess.

If you've seen the long promo...you pretty much get the jist of the 2nd episode.

The 2 brothers Ayaan and Asad meet up at a mizaar...and we get a glimpse into the strong bond the 2 share...especially Asad. He's the silent brooding type...but he obviously dotes on his younger brother.

Asad also sees Zoya for the first time at the same Mizaar...and he's captivated by her...a bit out of character for him as he is usually so reserved.

Asad leaves and so does Zoya, accidently leaving her Black Dupatta behind. Ayaan picks it up and tries to follow her to give it back and also talk to her as she has apparently caught his eye as well.

Asad almost hits Zoya with his car...and they have their first verbal interaction..which winds up being an argument. Whatever facination he may have had with Zoya quickly wears off as both find each other to be quite rude. 😆

Some goons looking for Zoya corner Ayaan and ask him where Zoya is as he is carrying her dupatta...they beat him up but he manages to call Asad on his cell phone.

The brother duo...beat up the goons...but Asad gets stabbed...and Ayaan calls the family to the hospital.

Asad's father shows up too...it's their first meeting in 17 years.

Thanks yaar we are holding in there, being a NYC native and currently living in NJ this was alot to process. Most of my family is still in NYC including my parents. Not being able to get through to them was scary to say the least. But Alhamdulillah they are safe and sound!

Thanks sooo much for taking your time and filling me in...Wow alot has taken place in one episode hasn't it? 😆 A bit much if I can say so myself...lol..goons are still chasing her...lol..these pl are desperate to get her to marry into this family..aren't they?
