Jagya turns to Dadisa and apologizes on behalf of what Gauri said. He tells her that Gauri is no more a part of his life and assures that she will never come back to haveli. Dadisa doesn't respond to Jagya. She is still shaken up by what all Gauri said to her. Jagya then turns to Anandi and says sorry for what all she had to endure from Gauri because of him. Anandi looks at Jagya anxiously as he moves towards her. He holds her hands and continues by saying "I am really very sorry Anandi for all the pain. I realized my mistakes. I saw Gauri's true face now. We are done now. She no longer holds any place in my life. I will ..". Anandi who was listening to Jagya gets the idea of where he was going with this. She remembers how he was asking her for his forgiveness and to take him back. She suddenly looks at her hands as if just noticing that he was holding her hands. She jerks her hands from his hold which makes Jagya stop what he was saying and look at her. She looks at him and says "I don't want to know about your personal life Jagya. As as far as Gauri shouting at me is concerned I am used to it. And also I try not to take it to my heart as I know its not worth my time or tears". Before Jagya tried to say something again Dadisa gathers herself and tells him to go take rest. She reminds him that he has to get well soon and leave haveli. Jagya looks at her shattered and silently moves to his room. Before leaving he gives a cold stare at Shiv while Shiv looks at him confused. Awkward silence fills the hall as Jagya left. Shiv breaks the silence turning to Anandi and others "Ab mai chalta hu. Anandiji apna khyal rakhiye ga". Dadisa in shattered tone says "Shiv beta, hum ko maaf kar do. Tum ko ye sab sun na pada. Woh ...". Shiv cuts her from completing "Dadiji aap please baar baar mujh se maafi mat magiye. Aap toh mujhe beta bolti hai aur pal me paraya kar deti hai. Chalta hu. Namaste". Once Shiv leaves Dadisa moves to Anandi and pats her head. She asks Anandi not to think of all that has happened today and in her past. She expresses her happiness that Anandi is moving on leaving her bitter past behind with a person like Shiv. She asks Anandi to go to her room and take rest as her leg needs to heal.

In the evening as Bhairav and Basant return home Dadisa narrates everything that happened that afternoon. Bhairav gets very disturbed by listening to the events that occurred on his absence. He lets out his worry of what Shiv might be thinking when Dadisa assures him that she talked to Shiv and that he has big heart and understands their situation. She praises Shiv's kind nature. Bhairav tells that he doesn't want to take any risk with Anadi and Shiv's relation. And importantly he won't allow Anandi to suffer any further due to Jagya and his faults. With a determined look he tells everyone he decided to move Jagya out of Haveli. Dadisa tries to express her concern that Jagya is not well still. Bhairav asks her not to worry and says "I will talk to Lal Singh about his health as he is looking much better than before. Also if he needs more rest he can stay in the hospital now that he is able to take care of himself". Dadisa in agreement says "Yes, he can stay in the hospital as our plan to send him with his wife is no longer be possible". She asks Bhairav to talk to Lal Singh soon. Bhairav comes to Dadisa and asks her not to worry about Jagya as he is not worth it. He says even though she is being strong for Anandi he knows how she feels for Jagya. He adds that Jagya in this place because of his own doings and doesn't deserve tiny bit of their pity. Dadisa nods her head sighing and says Anandi and her happiness comes first now as that is more important to her than anything and anyone.

Back in Circuit House Shiv reaches home late as he was working on the backlog due to his visit to Haveli. He freshens up and lays down on the bed recollecting the course of events that occurred in Haveli. He thinks how Jagya can have left a girl like Anandi for someone like Gauri who has no understanding of relationships and who doesn't know how to respect others. He remembers how harshly Gauri spoke to Anandi. His heart aches thinking how he was not able to say much to stop Gauri. He wishes that had Anandi not stopped him, he would have made sure that Gauri never spoke rudely to Anandi ever again. This takes his thoughts to how Jagya defended her and what Jagya said to Anandi after Gauri left. He thinks to himself "I saw Jagya genuinely repenting for his mistakes and asking forgiveness today. I have a feeling that he wants Anandi back in his life but what I need to know is if Anandi wants the same. I don't want her to hold back her to feel suffocated because of me. I am sure I saw pain and concern for Jagya in her eyes when Jagya spoke to her. But was there love for him? does she still love him?, I should talk to her about this. I should let her know that I am OK if she wants her old life back. And I will support her in whatever she decides. I want her to be free to take decision regarding her life this time without any obligations or pressures like previous times. All I want is for her to be happy". With that he let out a small gasp. Even though a part of him was tormented knowing that he would lose her forever if she decides to go back to Jagya, he knew she should be given the choice to decide her life. He composed himself from his fears repeating that by the end all that matters is her happiness. He decides to talk to her tomorrow.

Anandi in her room was also deep in thought about the happenings of that day. She feels sad about what all gauri said to her and her family. She feels sorry for Gauri and Jagya. She goes to her Khanna's picture and asks him why he was doing all this? Why he broke Gauri and Jagya's relationship? Why he always plays with peoples emotions? As she repeats the event she remembers him. He was there listening to everything Gauri was saying about her and her family. He tried to protect her from Gauri's taunts. How hard he tried to control himself from saying or doing something irrational. She had never see him that angry and disgusted at a person before. She wondered what he might have did/said to Gauri if she hadn't stopped him. Unknowingly a small smile appeared on her face. She liked feeling protected and her heart was reacting to his gesture. But Anandi was so entangled in her thoughts that she failed to notice what her heart was trying to tell her. She wonders what he might be thinking about her and her family after witnessing this ugly brawl. She decides to apologize to him for everything Gauri said to him, about him, because of her.

wwwooowww...superly written. Shiv and Anandi's thoughts were very beautifully illustrated here. I throughly enjoyed every part here...I want Anandi to realize her feelings for Shiv and also to realize what Shiv actually feels for her,,,,

Anandi wipes her face clean as she thought her family might be checking on her. She turns around to find the person she was least expecting standing at the door. She gathers herself and gets up in a hurry. She asks "What do you want Jagya?". Jagya who was standing rooted near the door till then starts walking towards her without taking his eyes off her. Anandi who was looking everywhere but at Jagya senses him approaching. She looks at him and with strong voice asks "Do you want something?". Jagya stops 2 feet away from her and still looking at her asks "I want to talk to you Anandi. Can you please listen to me. I won't take long". She looked into his eyes which were still staring at her. She could see pain and guilt in those eyes. She wanted to say she can't talk to him but after seeing those eyes she automatically uttered "I am listening" surprising herself. Jagya takes a deep breath and starts speaking "Thank you Anandi. Again I am really sorry for this afternoon. I hurt you a lot. I was a fool who was too blind to realize what is gold and what is not. I am repenting for my mistakes and I really want those old happy days back with my family. I was an idiot to not have realized the value of what I had. You always took care of me and my needs by sacrificing your interests. And I gave you nothing but pain in return". Anandi cuts him off saying "All that was in the past and there is no point in dwelling about it now".

Before she could say anything else Jagya says "Please Anandi let me speak. Don't stop me". He continues "I know I am a bit too late in coming back to you. But now that I realized my mistake and what I lost, I just can't dare to loose it again. I have to try. I know you are engaged to Shiv but I also know you agreed to this alliance only because it was your mother's last wish. I was a jerk in the past but I promise you I will do everything to redeem myself. Give me one chance to prove myself worthy of you and the family. You need not go through with the marriage as you don't love him Anandi. There is still time stop this marriage and you don't have to answer anyone as I will take care of it. Please Anandi give me one chance I plead you. I want my family back. For old time sake can't you give our relationship a try". Jagya was holding Anandi's wrist's as he was pleading her. Anandi snaps her hands from his hold and will a deadly stare asks "What relationship are you talking about Jagya. We don't have any relationship. Maybe you forgot we are DIVORCED. Now you come back and expect me to ditch Shiv for you". Tears starts to make way into her eyes but she blinks it away. "She shouldn't cry now, not for him and definitely not in front of him" she consoles herself. Jagya closes his eyes for a brief moment as what she said sinks in "Anandi I agree we are divorced but at least for that bond we shared in past give me a chance. Give us a chance. As with the marriage to Shiv, you were not interested in this alliance since the start but agreed due to your reasons. What I don't understand is why Shiv agreed to this marriage even after knowing you don't love him and also that you agreed just for your mother".

Anandi retaliates saying "You don't and will never understand it Jagya. That is called helping. He has been a good friend to me and is helping me fulfill my mom's wish. He is a good human being to think about others than about himself. I don't expect you to understand. I think we talked enough Jagya. I don't want to listen to you anymore. Please leave". Jagya was still not ready to leave. He wanted to speak to her and he was going to complete what he started to say. He say "Anandi don't get me wrong. I am not saying he is good or bad. I am just saying its not easy to believe he is doing all this just for the sake of friendship. You think about it yourself. Is it not a huge sacrifice to marry someone just for friendship of few days? Knowing you don't and maybe never love. This is not for a day or two Anandi its for whole life. Why did he agree to marry even after realizing you both can't share a normal husband, wife relationship? What is he going to gain from all this? Did you ever ask him why he wants to marry you despite of knowing all this? I am sure you never questioned him. You are too naive Anandi. I am sure he has some other intention behind all this. Him taking such a huge decision of his life knowing you don't love him just for the friendship of few days is not plausible. I can tell you one thing from my experience Anandi, don't get fooled by peoples appearance. I was fooled once and I am still suffering for it. I really wish there is nothing more in his mind but I feel he is taking advantage of you and your situation. I really don't care about him Anandi, all i care about is you. Please forgive ...".

Anandi stopped listening to Jagya. Her mind was repeating the same question again and again now as if it was on repeat mode."Why was Shiv marrying her despite knowing they can never have a normal husband, wife relation. Knowing she can never give him the love which a wife gives. Knowing the reason she wanted this marriage. Knowing her past. Why did she not think about it till now. Jagya was right, it was not something small that one can do in the name of friendship. She remembers Shiv's words "Aap meri zindagi ka hisa bane mere liye badi sanman ki baath hogi". He said those words because he respected her, understood her and wanted to help her as a good friend. And what was she doing. How did she become this selfish that to fulfill her mother's wish she asked him to marry her even after her knowing that she can never fulfill all the duties as a wife". Jagya who was talking suddenly realized that she was not listening to him when he saw her staring at nothingness without any expression on her face. Anandi snapped out of her thoughts when Jagya called out her name. Anandi looked at him with confusion first, then suddenly realized where she was and what they were talking. She quickly told Jagya that she was feeling tired and would like to rest. Jagya was confused by her behaviour and said "Will you forgive me then ?". Anandi looked at him for a second and said "I am no one to forgive you and you really should leave now". Jagya had no choice but to leave. She closes the door behind him and crashes on the bed.

Before she knew it her thoughts took her back to the question. She lost track of time. The question why he said yes to marriage? was eating her up. Not able to come up with proper reason to satisfy herself she decided to confront him about it tomorrow. Now she is curious to know how a he can do something this big just for the sake of friendship. Anandi doesn't know why she wanted to know the reason so badly or what she will gain from this or what she wanted to listen him say. She just brushed such thoughts before they even made their way till her brain, before she even realized that such questions popped up in her brain and were there. Slowly she fell into deep slumber.
