And also her acknowledging Ashu's loneliness and yet saying he will be proud of her at the end of it all..

Now I understand the reason for the RanJi track...it is to make Ashu feel lonelier still...

Sujatha i have stopped watching the show and read the update only. I hope what you are saying is true than it would be very interesting to watch. Just hope that it should be handeled very maturely and please NO MORE MALLIKA. Didnt kpji said that there would be no one else for Ashutosh.
