hi I'm new to this forum but I watch TD daily and I love the way they put their eyeliner on if anyone knows how they do please tell me!

Welcome to India Forums!! Maybe you should go ask the make-up artist for some tips lol. I know how they do it. Its easy and simple. First you should take black eye liner and trace it around your eyes. Then apply mascara and eye shadow and they you have beautiful eyes. For more information you could research them on the internet.
