Anita Hassanandani and Rahuol Lohani to play the leads in B P Singh's second season of Gutur Gu for SAB TV

Anita Hassanandani is back on television in yet another lead role. She will play the lead in Fireworks Productions' second season of Gutur Gu for SAB TV. Gutur Gu which is the longest running silent comedy has already entered the Limca Book of Records and will soon enter the Guiness Book of Records too. 👏

Gutur Gu's first season had Kunal Kumar and Sheetal Mulik as leads. However, Sheetal could not be a part of the second season as she is in the family way. While Anita Hassanandani will play the female lead in season 2 of Gutur Gu, Rahuol Lohani, who was last seen in Imagine's Armanon Ka Balidaan, will be the male lead.

Bhairavi Raichura and Sham Masalkar will also be part of the show. From the first season, Bhawna Balsaver, Jaydutt Vyas and KK Goswami have been retained. [ What about our Daya Sir ?? well , I would be happy if Daya Sir won't play the role of Harpreet Singh once again - because I believe Daya Sir deserve much better role than such of Harpreet Singh's - NOM 😊 ]

When contacted, Anita Hassanandani confirmed the news saying, "Yes, I play the lead in Gutur Gu."

Rahuol Lohani could not get back to us as he is out of station while we could not get in touch with Bhairavi Raichura.

B P Singh will be directing the series along with Rajan Wagdhare. The show is expected to launch in the last week on November and will take up the 8.30 PM slot on Saturdays.
