A/N: I apologize for such slow updates! I kind of had to change my original plot around as I realized I cant give proper time to writing and I needed that for it. Here is the next chapter, not sure how you all will like it. Its like a step for me to whats going to come from now onward. Have fun.Chapter 6 Two years later"Where is Khushi?!" yelled Garima.
"Mummy she will be home soon. Why dont you go get ready, I will do the rest" Payal ushered Garima out of the kitchen.
"I specifically told her not to go to work today but she did. When does that girl ever listen to me?" Garima kept yelling till her voice got muffled by the door that shut behind.
The entire Gupta house was running around getting ready for the people who were coming in two hours to see Khushi. The mother being the head of the house, had control of everything. It would have been alright if she wasnt a dramatic, anxious person.
Payal turned on the oven to a moderately warm temperature and while it preheated, quickly took out all the food into dishes. She stared at the four kinds of saalans, two types of rice, roti and the three desserts.
It was the same thing repeating. Her parents were as excited when Aman and his family had come over for her and for also few other rishtas. She shook her head and put the food in the oven so it stayed warm and cleared everything else out of the way.
Payal looked at the clean house. Her parents made sure to clean every nook and corner under the roof.
The people coming over seemed really nice. A good family, well off, traditional, everything Garima wanted. Payal hoped for Khushi's sake it worked out.
Time had changed her little sister a lot. Unfortunately nothing had changed between her and mummys relation. Just yesterday, the Kishore incident was brought up for the billionth time.
This time thanks to Devi Maiyya Khushi had ignored Garima's words and genuinely agreed for the proposal.

The alarm screeched through the rooms and halls of National Institute of Fashion Technology and everyone were pushed into the huge auditorium.
Whoever had set the fire crackers all over the building didnt think they would cause two troubles at once. One - plan to scare everyone off by thinking its a bomb...really? and two causing the fire alarm to go off by the smoke.
Khushi like most people was about to leave the building for home when all this commotion started and she was pushed into the hall along with other hundreds.
"Perfect timing fools" Khushi muttered under her breath and started to walk to the other end of the room, away frome crowd.
Of course some people were just plain idiots and a big strong wall shoved Khushi to the side as it past her.
"Ouch! My foot damn it!" she cried in pain.
Pursing her lips tigthly to avoid yelling obscene curses, Khushi held on to a chair for support as tried to examine her foot.
The big strong wall turned around and snapped, "watch where you're going."
"Whaaat? You are the tall one here, you should have looked where you were going" she tried to control her anger and kept her tone expressionless.
"Excuse me?" the big strong wall turned into a big strong hard wall.
"Yes! Do you expect short people to look up and walk?" Khushi asked sarcastically.
"Exactly I expect people whether short or tall to look where they walk. I dont have time for that" he snapped again and walked away.
"Idiot" she breathed and made herself comfortable on the chair.
Arnav clenched his fists tightly and was marching towards the exit to see what the bloody hell was keeping them in.
"Bhaiya slow down" Dhruv came running to his brother's side.
"We have to be home in time to leave for their house and here we are stuck for no reason"
"Listen bhaiya, honestly it wasnt the girl's fault this time"
"This has happened before? It isnt the girl's fault this time? I think it is. If not her then probably someone copied her. So she is the base of this all..."
"No bhaiya. I dont even know what happened or why everyone is here. I dont know whats going on here"
"Then what?"
"That girl...woman, two minutes ago you bumped into..."
"What are you talki- oh her, yeah she is also one of the..-"
"Bhaiya! didnt you see her?" Dhruv whispered sharply.
"See who?"
"Okay I am quite sure you are ADD. Bhaiya she was moti..."
"Whats it to me if she is fat?" Arnav shrugged his shoulders.
"Nevermind!" Dhruv cut him off and talked to the security before his brother did.
Arnav turned around slightly and stared at the figure sitting on the chair in black dress pants, maroon silk blouse, acessories covering her neck and fingers and hair in a bun.
Khushi could have sworn she had heard that voice somewhere...ah! Movie theatre...he had pushed her then and now. The nerve of him to behave as if its perfectly fine to push people around.
She looked up from her phone to search for the man and to her surprise he was staring right at her.
He did a good job in veiling his eyes off emotions and thoughts but Khushi knew he knew who she was.
It had been so long since he got her in trouble, there wasnt any point in going and yelling at him now. So Khushi coolly ignored him and started talking to her colleagues.
"Size fourteen is now easily size four! Amazing huh?" Dhruv grinned as he stepped next to his brother and joined him in staring at the lady across.
"Whatever, not a big deal"
"Uhuh..of course, not for you since..."
"Shutup"
And he did. He knew better not to mess with Arnav Singh Raziada.

"Hold on let me fix it" Anjali smiled sweetly and straightened his ties.
"Thank you beta" Abhay pat her head.
"No problem!"
"Is akash ready?"
"Yes, he will be out soon"
"And where is the main guy and his side kick?"
The garage door opened and walked in Arnav followed by Dhruv.
"They're right behind you dadaji, all ready" she smiled brightly.
Dhruv blew her a kiss, while Arnav rolled his eyes.
"Are you nervous bhaiya?" Dhruv asked standing with his hands held together behind his back.
"Shutup Dhruv"
"Just checking. Its all cool" he gave him thumbs up.
"Im here, lets go. Sorry dadaji took long in finding the tie. Anjali refused to help..." Akash hurried down the stairs and made his way to his brothers.
"Anjali did you two argue again?" Abhay sternly asked his daughter in law.
"Ji..no...yes. We are getting late. We can talk on the way..." Anjali closed the topic right there.
"Yes yes we should. Boys I am driving" Abhay snatched the keys from Arnav.
"Dadaji!" Akash and Dhruv cried like girls behind him.
"This is going to be a long night" Arnav muttered to himself and followed out.
