Episode filled with so much meaning, this is going to be longgg post.
S episode starts out with funny jealous Kunal. Nice we have such transition. Siddhi thinking she should not say anything was good, but didn't like her saying what if Kunal doesn't accept him. So he opens up bottle and presents it as "Som Ras"; heard it after such a long time.😆
But next Kunal confesses how past decade he has lived off alcohol. Yes Siddhi dear, he literary told you what his life has been without you. I would say "Madhusala" by Harivanshrai Bachchan is very apt poem for Kunal, "chalta chal to Madhusala.
Then we some light hearted moments. Siddhi being Siddhi soesn't want Kunal to leave her even for second. The way she comes running to Kunal, and Kunal too ready with open arms, when will you two realize? Again Siddhi don't leave me alone, he is in same room dear, but very adorable. Both of them didn't leave each others hand 😳
So we must thank cockroach for giving us wonderful SINAL scene. First time post-leap saw Kunal laughing whole heartily. He can only do that in Siddhi's presence. Liked him mimicking Kunal Kunal and later tricking Siddhi. It was like good old days and Kunal was genuinely joyful.
Siddhi dear no less giving false attitude. Oh wait, shower scene. Seems like you read my post😆Good thing both only felt the moment and left. Good that you can control😉
Next Kunal goes to call Abhay. Like Kunal giving Abhay attitude, let me talk dude. Yes man, we care to hear him. But R🤢 has to take phone away and we can see immediate irritation on Kunal's face. He truly can't stand this woman but that cucoo bird just doesn't get it. I know many didn't like Kunal calling Abhay, but he didn't know they were already in Banglore.
From here starts very intense and meaningful parts we have seen so far post-leap. Kunal obviously getting too worried about Siddhi is expected. Kunal-Siddhi face to face but on different terrace, was it to show obvious distance? Siddhi mouthed, according to me best line - rasta to khatam ho gaya aur mein ho ju chalti hi ja rahi hu"
Siddhi telling Kunal where did you go leaving me, do you know how bad I looked for you and to how many places? Did she mean just now or perhaps since she came out of jail?
I felt suffocated in that room - can we say equivalent to jail cell?
True she said pain she had been hiding came out. She finally has woke up from sleep of so many years, no more sleeping. Agree dear, all these years you were sleeping, that's why you kept it all inside instead of letting Kunal know.
she is content that Kunal is with her, yet this distance so yes both on separate terrace was to signify this scene. Again Kunal's concern about her.
Siddhi saying how can she handle herself, since Kunal is not with her. This proves Siddhi too can not operate without Kunal. She can be all strong and independent, but no Kunal...
Siddhi put forth her perception how Kunal can't see her pain. Few things are meant to be understood but he doesn't get it even if she says it. (Not true, I will bring it later)
Liked the rose analogy very much. Siddhi said Kunal was truly the first one to touch her soul, hence they connected to much deeper level. Again she says Kunal doesn't understand but we can see change in Kunal's expression and his tone. Siddhi was going to very sensitive area Kunal wanted to avoid given it will bring out so much from his side as well.
Again Siddhi playing with Kunal's fear of harming herself.
When Siddhi said to Kunal she too wants to move on like he did with R🤢, it ached Kunal, we can see it in his eyes. As soon as Siddhi talked about 9 years thing, Kunal got alert as what? Her lines about all paths being convoluted that she was lost. She herself couldn't understand what life did to her and why is she the one in this mess. Well that goes for Kunal as well. SINAL are truly lost without each other.
Here Kunal did get very emotional and asked her say it directly what you mean as Siddhi touched on issue that tortures him for 9 years. Why did she leave? Siddhi talking about pain she went through and how it feels when your loved one is not with you; that too goes for both of them. Siddhi taking Kunal's face and asking him to read her eyes and pain...wow...
Kunal saying NO, he reads something else in her eyes but things surrounding them say different. Here I would bring in Siddhi saying Kunal doesn't see her pain. Kunal does see Siddhi's pain and can read her eyes as well. But he is damn scared to interpret anything. 9 years ago he didn't believe anyone when they said Siddhi would leave him, but Siddhi did. He has not been able to make sense of it or truly accept it. His heart says Siddhi can't do so, but then she did leave him. So it is not Kunal doesn't trust Siddhi, he no longer trusts himself. Since the day Siddhi left him, he is broken and doubts himself.
Many questioned why did Kunal again asked about Abhay when Siddhi had denied in past. Well Siddhi had in a way avoided talking about it. Once in office she said there is nothing and we saw Kunal cornering her, but there she had turned the table on him. In park, party nothing and later slap she said it has no name. But what kills Kunal inside out is Abhay's talk with him about how he feels Siddhi too likes him and creepy picture followed by Abhay taking Siddhi away form him. Kunal has not been able to handle that. This is the difference between the two. Siddhi is able to hide her feelings, but Kunal can't help and expose himself in front of her. For example jealousy, we saw Kunal hurting himself with teekha pani and party, so it is obvious.
So at the moment all Kunal cared is to know what is his status in Siddhi's life, everything else doesn't matter. If ones she says yes I left you for money 9 years ago; don't care. Only cares if she loves him or not. If remember hsitory, Kunal can't accpet Siddhi can leave him, but she did so he needs confirmation.
Siddhi telling Kunal he is asking same question as other and Kunal takes her face in his hands, "So tell me, what do I think, what do I ask you/ just once tell me that is lie, please" So Kunal does think what Abhay said is lie but he wants only and only Siddhi to say it. (just like jail convo) Here I see extremely vulnerable Kunal. He was begging Siddhi to tell him what to think, do or say. Her words will be determinant of everything. Here if by mistake Siddhi had said yes, I expect complete mental break down of Kunal. Last time it was "Kunal Chopra is dead" well this time...
she said NO but Kunal asked her to look into his eyes. Why? Kunal CAN read her eyes, so he wanted to make sure. As soon as he got confirmation, we see joyful yet emotionally overwhelmed Kunal. Siddhi again said NO and Kunal felt better.
Siddhi saying she only loved one man in her life, I believe it. Not going by true love but as rose story, only Kunal has touched her to level of soul. Anand was more like attraction due to good nature of both ofetn mistaken as love. She was able to let go of Anand in few months due to Kunal; but here 9 years have passed, she thinks Kunal married someone else yet she can't think about anyone but him. So I believe she truly has only loved Kunal and vice-varsa.
The way she said "I love you Kunal" twice, just no words. Kunal too was happy and emotional to finally hear what he was yearning for 9 years.
I want similar break-down from Kunal as well.
Pre-cap: Glad Siddhi too asked Kunal to show his side. I thought Kunal was overwhelmed and lost words. It may take him a second or two to settle down.
Goes without saying but SS-KN👏👏👏 No words left anymore, always out do their selves.
