Hey Friends,
I'm making a post after a long time.
I was once a very active member of this forum and I sorely miss those days when I would take a sneak peak from my busy hospital rounds into the pages of the forum and it's threads to see the latest buzz about RBO, the interviews of Yashashri and Karan on SBS, SBB, UMAT etc and waited for written updates if I am not able to see any bit covering the show.
The craziness that I have seen on this forum is unmatchable. Whether it was the eating up of pages when Yasharan Gr8 mag pics on it's cover were released 😳 / or when a veteran member sent me a pm asking the written update of a promo as she couldn't see it because she was travelling from US to India and she sent me this pm from airport 😛/ the forum going mad over Jab se Tere Naina and Shower scenes 😉/ and the return of critics with Shanak leaving their house and remarriage Mahaepisode⭐️ / The Gaurav Gera episodes😆 / Kuch Khaas Hai promos and track followed by Shanak adventure episodes 👏/ The confession 😃/ The singing career...
Each track was followed by madness here...people posting for and against...
But one thing that remained constant was that the moderators didn't have to pull their hair at this forum...
DD and Veena actually relaxed and cooled their heels, knowing very well that they were lucky enough to have a relatively mild forum in terms of aggression.
All in all, it was always a well behaved, sophisticated place with a lot of intellectuals forming the fanbase. This has been a lovely forum and was considered the most peaceful, loving, mature, sensible forum...the only quality lacking in us was unity ...but not everyone is perfect...So let's keep it to the positives.
I can openly declare without being ashamed that I can never move-on from RBO. I have NEVER been addicted to a show or it's characters before this show and even after one year, I couldn't find something that matches the finesse and conviction of Odhani and Shanak.
I am hooked for life 😊
I'm sure there must be many more people like me.
I feel happy when I come here and see that few members are still actively trying to keep this forum and it's spirit alive. But it feels sad to see that most of the old members have chosen to stay silent, including me...I still believe that many come here once in a while and stay hooked to this forum !
Whatever the reasons...it has added to more rarification of the already low strength of people here. We were never a HUGE fan-group here as compared to other shows and the groupism has lead to formation of several small groups within the umbrella group of Odhanians.
Can We All Come Here Once Again and Reunite for this Festive Season and Relive the Spirit of RBO once again...?????
Leaving our prejudices and egos aside...Just for the Love for RBO !!!
So many other forums have managed to keep the spark alive even after completion of their shows 2 -3 years back...
I think we can do that too...
We can have a small celebration - Celebrating the privilege of being a part of RBO in a way ( A fan is a strongest part of any show 😉) and the privilege of knowing this forum and it's people !!!
At least this much all of us have gained from RBO and this forum... Great Friends !!!
And we should pay back to this forum in some way :))))))
Keeping all prejudices, egos, fights, differences, negativities aside ( which are a part of any relationship ) Can we interact once again...
We are all lovely people I believe, Afterall we loved one Amazing show and that speaks of our common taste and choice and romantic temperament 😛
If you all participate, we can do a Celebration Week or RBO Day or something like that...where we all come together and be a part of it --- ( Inputs Invited )
1. Posting of favourite VMs in a thread and writing something about it
2. OS or any write up
3. Favourite pictures and scenes
Anything that you all suggest :)))))
From my side - I'll write a small SS for the forum that will finish in 10-12 updates :)
( It can only materialize if both new and old members come together ...I need to have likes and comments on this post to go on...
Please join and spread the word too...
At least 30 likes should be there ... ...out of which minimum 15 need to be from old members...or else I go back to my hibernation...😛...)
