When Madhu walked into RK's room, he was already lying there awake. He turned and she began talking, she didn't even give him a chance to ask/say what he wanted to.
I was thinking, it's possible that someone (Bittuji) had already been in RK's room and had told him everything Madhu did for him. Then he left the room to check with the doctor if everything is good. Then Madhu walked into the room, thinking no one had been there.
RK probably wanted to say sorry for the way he acted last night by pushing her arm away. Or say thank you to her for what she had done for him. EDIT: Or he wanted to ask her why she did all that for him!
But Madhu kept cutting him off!
On top of that, his dialogue...I'm sure it was made purposely so that we won't be able to tell if he wants to ask Madhu a question or if he wants to say something to her: "Madhu main tumse kuch..." KUCH WHAT?! Question karna? Kuch keyna?
Then when he grabbed her arm, he looked down at her arm and released it. Most likely because he remembered that she had given him blood. EDIT: Or he noticed the red marks on her arm and realized that he had held her arm all night for comfort and she let him.
Then he let her leave the room.
In the precap, he's either trying to get Madhu to admit to giving him blood herself, or he's trying to make her jealous. 😆
