loool my family (maharashtrians settled in south) also call their husbands equivalent of 'aap' i wanted to call my husband aap but he didn't let me even talk to him till i learnt to perfect calling him 'tum'... 😒 lol...

anyway, here in TN too people generally call their husbands 'aap' i.e. 'neenga/vaanga/ponga' instead of 'nee/vaa/po' but then again in this generation, a lot of my friends don't😳

Sonu one thing however, the equation might change when you're friends first and then become husband/wife later on... unless you were calling the friend 'aap' from the starting right?

This is modern jamana ...tum / aap koi farak nahi padta ,it's basically has a same meaning ..i would let my wife to call me tum or whatever she wants ...She would have all da rights to live on her own terms ...so for me tum does'nt matter.

michelle...i m from kanpur, UP...485(approx kms) away from banaras.

Lashy...remember the time when indu slipped on the stairs and sanchi asked...aap theek to hai.

That time she started having feelings for him and so used aap for her husband. But don't know why sanchi started calling him tum like the other states girl.

Its ok jo bhi bulaye mjhe kya karna.mjhe to apne indu aur serial se mtlb h...

Sona ...thanks for sharing your view point.

To some extend I agree with you... CVs should try and show things near reality .

However in real life i feel ...love and trust is important...words doesnt matter.

oooh ok... as is totally obvious n been said a bazillion times, i'm from mumbai, maharashtra... film city se do station dooor 🤣 phir bhi aaj tak AD ya SRK ko nahi dekha!!!!

sirf Salman khan ko dekha... usko toh main like bhi nahi karti.
