I will go for the 3rd option coz i think Sahil will do something something with Vishaka before marriage.

see sahil is not intrested in marrying vishaka......he is only interested in taking revenge from bhumi......and probably now from full goenka family...he just wants that goenkas should repent for their actions and also he might want to make goenkas "badnaam" using vishaka....

well guys dont u all guys think that mansen's children are all foolish.....

I mean first yuvraj.....he had no brains....and he left mansen......

then thhis vishaka......she is too foolish to believ saahil so blindly.....i mean.....okay she hates bhumi and sid's family and beleives that they will not do her any good .........

but mansen....her own father......why should he ever lie to her.....why should he go aginst her......and is mansen that foolish that he will belive what arjun bhumi and keshav say and stop his own daughter's engagement......or rather break his own daughter's engagement.....

Doesnt she have that much trust in her father......or that much brains to understand.....her father...

and comin back to raj_sahil's question.....he might not marry her....as marrying her would be a hell lot of problems for him........and he just want to teach goenkas a lesson......
