As seen in the earlier episodes of Uttaran on Colors (FilmFarm productions), Nani (Pratima Kazmi) has been kicked out of the house and she has no shoulder to cry on.

If sources are to be believed, Tej (Kiran Karmarkar) will give her a helping hand, but at the same time, will have certain expectations from her too.

As per a reliable source, Tej wants to marry Mukta (Sreejita De) and since that won't be possible with Jogi Thakur (Ayub Khan) around, he will ask Nani to convince Mukta. In return, he promises to give a helping hand to her.

Hearing this, Nani will be seen accepting his proposal. In fact, she will go ahead and convince Mukta to marry Tej. But since she knows that Mukta wouldn't agree to it, she will tell her that marrying Tej will get her in power with Gunwanti (Beena Banerjee) and that this would also help Ichcha (Tina Dutta) get back into the house.

Since Mukta wants to help Ichcha, she will be seen accepting Tej's proposal at the insistence of Nani.
