I think nowadays there shouldnt be any reason for conflict, however i think this issue runs deeper than that. I think the element of trust between people from both countries is a key issue in relations.

From where I live in the UK, we don't have many fights but when I went to college and some kids fought the scenes were ugly. I blame the parents and grandparents for the views and attitudes that they are engraving into the minds of the next generation. Some people are really bitter about the whole ordeal and only need an excuse to lash out.

However not everyone is like that. Many have learnt to move on and live together, but its a shame everyone cant.

this whole Kashmir thing has been going on for sooo long since my grandparents time, i'm a Pakistani and its not like i'm against anyone, i just think this whole issue is pointless and i don't think it will ever be solved. It will only be solved on qayamat i guess.
