You seriously can't be following the same show that I do, bcoz after the kidnapping track, I saw the ASR finally realize what khushi means to him, finally come at terms with his feelings for her, finally take a practical step of slapping Shyam and throwing him out for his sister's safety and his wife's honor. And then we saw a beautiful journey of ASR becoming Arnav, as at first he approached his love by claiming it, making khushi a bet, a bet worthy of his life but still a bet. And then we saw him accept the traditions he didn't believe in for his wife's happiness and actually get involved in the rituals. We saw him giving khushi the place of an actual functional and respected wife, as he wanted her by his side while taking care of his di after miscarriage, standing by her against his dadi, taking her to his secret paradise, the garden and finally coming out of his past just to hold her for a life time... how can you say his character has been butchered... if anything the cv's have shown us a beautiful development in his character, the ASR is still some where which surfaces wen need arrives like against dadi or shyam but thankfully he is not ASR 24*7 anymore.

Now about today's episode, firstly it was about Anjali and making ASR react would have shifted the focus and the entire scene would have been ruined. Then we must not forget that today there was no need to react when Shyam accused khushi, cz he knew it was a senseless raving of a lost mad man and he also knew that the family would take it that away. If u remember when Shyam had accused earlier, then there was a possibility of the family suspecting her and she had needed his help and he had shown his love and power by slapping him bith fr his di and for his wife's honor, but today for multiple reasons it was not required and not even advicable.

Even after d kidnapping track...

Did'nt u all see d evil arrogant ASR...saying harsh words to khushi n dat she is d biggest mistake of his life...his egoistic ways to bring khushi back n stuff...he was so rude to her even on her birthday...

He was never changed even after kidnapping track...

Forgot d g8 ASR punching Shyaam in the hospital...

What about during d tym of his wedding...d ASR n his past...he was a evil monster ASR...

But khushi's love brought Arnav back killing d damm ASR...

In today's epi...wat who did I dont care...cause today's lime light was Anjali-Shyaam breakup...dats it!

ASR not defending Khushi...ASR not doing any action to stop Shyaam or kick him...ASR calling d police to arrest Shyaam...it was never needed...cause ASR was vulnerable himself at that moment...

He would have Shyaam to get arrested or kicked out of d house if Anjali would have still supported Shyaam...he was Anjali's chote today n not ASR...

Please reply to dis comment...I m ready to clear all ur issues!

Dont take me wrong but please do understand I think d CVs does give enough justice to ASR, Arnav ji and chote all together...

i really dont see what you are trying to get at, the only one that had dilogues was shayam, and Anjali.

besides ASR character was perfect even today. when was the last time Arnav made or gave an explination of anykind to anyone. he proved shayam true face in front of anjali and that is it.

Arnav Singh Raizada passes a decree and stands by it. he does not give explanation or excuses for anything. he has a calm dignity about him, and he never raves and wrents.

Shyam raving had dug his own grave. no more ecuastions were required. Shayam had blown his own trunpit.

ASR was perfect. Barun did a good job of maintaning the dignity and conferdence of Arnav Singh Raizada.

hey no i dont want him to leave the show ! but yes agree they have changed/altered is character to no end! and i feel pathetic about it ! want my old ASR back please!i want the terrifying ASR back! i just wanted him to punch shyam hard in the face after all what happened and moreso because shyam had accused khushis yet again!but they skipped that part !!grrr

PS yeaaah man loooved his walk past the staircase !

Arnav had very little role today. He just stood there. Only did a few sprints back and forth in the end. He very easily could've been involved when things were being revealed and when Shyam did the confession. They're really letting his character go lately. Me no likes the statue-in-the-background ASR.

But I loved that one and only line he said -- "bura waqt beet gaya" :)

Powerful.

And yes, his walks IS to die for :p

I agree. It had to be Anjali doing the talking today. If ASR had taken any more control today, they would have lost the process of making Anjali realise the truth.

Hardly any of the cast members had dialogues in this episode and that is because the episode was focused on Shyam and Anjali. This episode solely aimed at the blinders coming off for Anjali that does not mean Barun has to leave because he had less dialogues. Please do not make posts like this.
