I think he gets bored doing same lover scenes so he includes action whre ever he can and producers and directors get it free no body double and some times Guru directs the scene as well.

He can do whatever he wants but should not get hurt. That's the only concern. Last time he got burn his chest while shooting for a Punjabi film.
