Jagiya working in shiv's office:new sbs segment

I saw in today's sbs segment:anandi and shiv sitting in office and suddenly jagiya enters the office dressed properly in official uniform and starts talking with both of them. Background mein reporter says ki ansh ki romantic talks have been disturbed by jagiya who comes with a file and starts an argument about some issues.

What about panchayat punishment to jagat? Why he's allowed to leave agri fields?
Just can't imagine jagat share the screen with AnSh...wish Shiv cd hv given a fatal hit to jagat the other day...

Did J promote himself??? Why on the earth is 'he' all the time going to collector's office ??

Whatever it be. J should be caught by Shiv and no one else. It will show that he's a collector, not a love stuck man only. He still has the capability to identify a person as he himself says that he can identify a person thru his/her face. No one can bully him. J purpose will b defeated by this way. CVs shld show this instaed showing S getting trapped in J's jaal. Even Hetsingh could not trapped Shiv, then how come Jagya?
