Yes there is some secret behind navin's death
maybe he was not a traitor
and he was killed inside the academy
maybe due to some fault or something like that
and rajveer knows about this secret and he dosent want to tell naina cause she cud get more violent after knowing the actual truth
maybe there is somethings fishy happenng inside the academy which naina will expose soon
she will definitely come back

there mightbe a secret tht rajveer doesn't want to reveal.he knows alot abt naveen.lets see wht happenes now
