New FF - Life...Always Unexpected!!!! Upd - Chap.2

This story is not about Arshi, but I will include the character names, as I feel characteristics of Khushi are much similar to mine. This is not a love story for now. This is a story of a girl who thought life would be simple as always, but it never did for her. Also she thought life would unfold in a way she expected, but it never did. Hope you all will enjoy it. The only dream she had shattered on the day she got her results of the examination, which decided whether a student can enter the medical faculty or not. It was one of the worst days in her life. But her life took an unexpected turn, with a certain decision which she made.

What do you think was her life changing decision was? Do you think that decision made her happy or sad later?

Khushi was bubbly, but only to her family. She would only open up if she knew the other person very well. But she was always careful when she was talking. She would think twice before talking, because she never wanted to say something which would hurt the other person. She loved to sing. When ever she was going on a trip, she would sit on the back of the car & sing out loud. Her dad would laugh at her saying, "there she goes, the radio has switched on by itself". No matter what the others would say, she never stopped singing if she felt like doing it. It made her forget everything around and she would feel like she is in her own world. She especially loved hindi songs. The specialty was she loved fast moving songs & unlike others she liked the tune of a song, not the meaning. Khushi was different from others. She is really kind and was ready to help anyone, anytime. Therefore it was easy for her to make friends. But she never believed in anyone to the extreme. Because she always believed that "the only person you can trust is yourself". Because, in her school days, some of her friends took advantage from her & they just moved on. So with time she learnt that, you can't trust anyone other than yourself. Other than trusting herself, she trusted her mom. For her, her mom was everything.

Khushi loved chocolates & her hobbies were singing, watching movies, playing the piano, reading books, riding the bike, driving & playing tennis. She loved wearing jeans & T-shirts. She never liked to wear clothes that would expose her body much. She also loved her curly hair. She loved travelling so much. She always thought that after earning enough money, she would travel around the world. Although she dreamt big, she was easy to be contempted with small stuff. Even if she was gifted a new pen for her b'day, she would be really happy.

But on the day Khushi got her results saying that she was unable to enter medical university, she felt really sad. But she never cried. She thought, that she will repeat the exam. Her mother tongue was not English, but she studied in English. Since the majority of students followed studies in their mother tongue, for them finding tuition was easy. But for Khushi it was difficult. Her previous Physics tuition teacher denied to teach her again, as the teacher said that she had already taught her everything. If it was another person other than Khushi, she/he would have blamed the teacher. But Khushi humbly accepted what her teacher said. She made up her mind to do the exam again. She attended classes which taught in her mother tongue. But since her translating ability was good, she didn't find much difficulty with language. Yet the syllabus was huge & there was not enough time. But her dream was her goal in her life. "To become a doctor". So she thought, she will do whatever it takes to achieve her goal.
