THIS POST IS JUST BASED ON PURE LOGIC AND NOT TO BASH ANYONE OR HURT ANYONE's FEELINGS.
For the past ten days or so all I have been reading is BS quitting/not quitting , who is right, who is wrong etc etc. But if one will sit back and think logically then we might just get answers to what is happening?
With both sorts of information doing the rounds ie BS stays and BS might quit in December and with the PH being quite about it but SP and BS giving confirmation, it definitely makes me think that all is not well. Its is obvious that all the three parties ie SP, PH and BS have vested interests and for all of them it is better to keep shut as of now. Let me explain how-
1. SP has the UK trip and so it will not confirm BS staying or leaving till December beginning attest, but right now he is still very much on the show so they have said that he stays and have instructed others at SP to do the same.
2. BS is in talks of doing another movie and has the first one to promote, but that is only in jan 2013 not immediately so heobviously stated that he is not meaning the show in TB and TOI in September end. Also, there is a possibility that he might stay back like Mishti stated and khushboorath said that he is not going now but might in future.
3. The max risk is for the PH who gave us the unique show but are obviously not happy if BS leaves and are doing what ever it takes to stop him by hook or by crook.
So they all are quite hoping the UK trip is a success, BS might stay and even if he doesn't, by December people would have got used to the fact that BS might leave and accept the other lead and so BS can move on to BW.
But they are thinking might not turn out the way it is supposed to. For instance, if BS stays then all might not be so bad but if he leaves, a major SP and PH will surely lose a major chunk of their fan base resulting in either the show being closed down eventually or they themselves will have to pull it off air coz the new lead's chemistry with sanaya might not be able to pull the show well.
Also, BS quitting in the hope that if his fans don't get to see him on TV they might turn to theatres for his movie. True, but only for a minority of them. The rest might just chose to ignore or avoid going to theatres coz obviously they are irked or might chose to watch it at home. Also, BS is not weighing the option that when it comes to BW his fans are not enough to guarantee success. Ask people around you, your oarentsm spousesm relatives etc would they buy a ticket out of their hard earned money and spend it on BS or some other establishes actor??
The biggest loss will be for the viewers of course. So , I am not being biased and just thinking practically as to what might happen.
Hence, what was supposed to be a win-win situation for all might not be so.
