If not confessing I think atleast she will be more open about her feelings.

I think when RK realizes this he'll free her and the seperation track starts.

I think Madhu... Coz even if RK realises before her he will never acknowledge it and put up a facade that he doesn't give a damn about such things like love... So it gotta be Madhu who has to probe him again and again and make him confess...
