In separate interviews with Zoom, both Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra have slammed the media for making a big fuss out of a picture clicked of the two of them at an odd hour in the night, outside Salman's Galaxy Apartments.
Salman said that it wasn't a big deal if someone wanted to take a picture of him and Priyanka Chopra outside the house but there is no 5 a.m. friendship or anything. Priyanka too said in the interview that this was a cheap display of the media and paparazzi. Well, it seems the all-nighter meeting was for professional reasons. The two are slated to do a film together and the meeting was held to discuss that. Sources claim that, soon, Sallu bhai and PC will be seen on the silver screen in a romantic film and none other than Sohail Khan will be directing it.
While Sohail was busy completing his remake on Southern film, Brindavanam, Sallu bhai zeroed in on PC as the leading lady for his next film. Priyanka was seen mingling with the Khans at Karan Johar's birthday party and this is being touted as her foray into the Salman Khan camp. Salman too has been displaying an upbeat attitude around PC. He praised her on social networking sites for her latest musical release 'In My City'. Salman said that he had heard her track three times back to back and it is fab and outstanding, salaam, Ms. Chopra! He also went on to say in the interview, that while there may not be a 5 a.m. friendship, PC is his friend. He has known her a long time. Questions are being raised on whether PC landed the role based on her talent or is it a desperate effort since she's being ignored by the SRK camp.
