I agree with Arpimugfan, Indu is Zara's daughter nobody can chnge that because even Shweta loves Indu like a mother love his or her child and even if she give birth to Indu, Zara face death for Indu..she was ready to sacrifice her life to save Indu's life, and Mothers do that, they are ready to sacrifice their own life to save their child.

Her genes are of Indira and Rishi , so her real parents are Inshi . Let me tell you this a few months ago in US a woman's give a birth to a baby of someone else sprems not her husband , she end up giving back the baby to it's original parents even though it was clinic mistake. So weather Shwavta like it or not Indu is Indira child .

She may be Indu's mom but certainly not a very good one. I think the sour equation between Shweta and Rishi is in large part due to Shweta hiding Indira's truth from Indu (why Rishi goes along with this is beyond me). She likes to pretend that Indira did not even exist and I don't think this sits well with Rishi. Everyone seems to understand Shweta's insecurities about Indu but I think Rishi is just as insecure about Indira- about her memories being lost and his daughter never knowing about her biological mother and the love of his life. I think this is a huge reason for his rudeness towards Shweta. If he knew that Indira's life and memories would remain intact with his daughter, he would not constantly be so insecure of Shweta tyring to take Indira's place.
