Star Plus' Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon actor Barun Sobti seems to be getting higher and higher on success day by day. The actor has made his way in the hearts of everyone by playing the role of Arnav in the show and the love interest of Khushi played by Sanaya Irani.

The latest that we hear of the actor is that he will be playing the lead role in the upcoming movie Main Aur Mr. Right, which will be releasing early next year. It is also being said that big production houses are willing to sign the actor in their movies. Wow! This is a double whammy for Barun Sobti.

Barun has always left his fans awestruck making them all drool over his portrayal of the angry young man that he plays in the show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. After earning big name via Iss Pyaar Ko, Barun quite like other TV actors is aiming to make big in Bollywood. Starring not so famous Shenaz Treasurywala as the female lead, the film is touted as a funny-romantic one where the girl is in search of her Mr. Right. Barun in the film plays a character called Sukhi, which we hear is quite on the lines of his on-screen character Arnav.

Wondering if the production house MadMidaas Films is aiming at cashing on his popularity among the masses as Arnav! Anyway, buzz even states that though the film is still to hit the screens, Barun is already in talks with various production houses. Talking of his debut film and future plans, Barun said, "Main Aur Mr. Right will always be a very special film for me as it is my debut performance. Besides, I am also looking at doing other projects as well. My priority will always lie with a good script and a character-oriented role. The production houses, small or big, will not make any difference."
