by the way, isn't Brijesh supposed to divorce Tara b4 he marries again. till yesterday's update they were very much married to Tara, and today they show he's getting remarriedto oldie jiji. Its not possible to get the divorce papers ready in one night. 😕 This isn't right, the director needs to go thru the hindu remarriage law books.

I believe you can remarry with first wife's permission and have 2 wives.

She can't just say that, it's a part of Hindu culture! But since no one made a complain he's safe for now. But what he's doing is Illegal!

No I have seen people with 2 wives as long as first wife 's consent you can remarry and have 2nd wife. My dad's friend married 2 sisters. Older sister consented 2nd marriage without divorcing him. So he has 2 wives. It is not illegal.

what your dad's friend has done is definitely illegal, but he's not facing any charges because the first wife has not filed any. Bottom Line, according to Hindu law, legally, you can have only one wife...and if Brijesh marries Urvashi then it is illegal but obviously Tara won't say anything to the police, so in this situation Brijesh as well as your dad's friend is safe.
