sonam kapoor- she was in fact better when she started out! 5 years and she has not changed or improved in anything-

katrina to some extent- her star power is growing massively but as for her roles, they appear pretty much the same in most movies baring a few like MBKD or Rajneeti

hema malini- dream girl, dream girl and dream girl - that was all about it!

Shahid Kapoor - apart from JWM and Kaminey there's nothing much to talk about. I expect him to do wonders or at least one but he's not up to the mark at present

Maybe Farhan Akhtar!? I meanas an actor he is super amazing.. but hasnt done sumthing waooh yet! After RoCk On.. didnt see any waaaoooh film of his as an actr..

PS; HE was a supporting actor in ZMND so doesnt count!
