Ofcourse they are married to each other. Bajaj and Sam are just for timepass, really they still consider each other as spouses and also behave in the same manner :)

But why do they need to get married ???

they hv done all that married couples do, WITHOUT getting married. They slept together, hv 2-3 kids , live in the same house, hug each other very often, love each other, prerna gives much more importance to anu than bajaj and same way anu gives all importance to prerna and ignores sam. So they dont even need marriage to behave as if they are married to each other.
