Credit where credit is due

Seema & her lectures, Ganpati procession, the kids, Siddhi Devi, the miraculous gust of wind...these were touted as some of Kunal's saviors. These & more along the same lines were being discussed as what would save Kunal from making the vamp his wife.

But, surprise!! None of this happened, not even the good ol' dependable wind play a part in the vamp being rejected yet again😆

Kunal simply said, he won't marry her because he doesn't love her.

There was a lot more that he said, but what reverberates long after the episode, is his simple yet firm refusal to marry Richa.

No one (least of all me) expected him to take this firm stance, not since his sorry portrayal from before the leap!!
I'm expecting a lot more heartache, the usual ridiculous twists & much worse, from both, KC & Siddhi devi for still some time to come, but today, after a long time, Kunal Chopra made me proud!

Today he did something good & honest & brave & I hope he continues in the same vein...

Today (atleast for today) I can go back to saying...Uff I love this man!!

yes he made us all proud...but again back to square 1...once again he becomes a fool infront of the manipulating vamp by believing that siddhi filed a case to take AC 1 away...he believes that siddhi wants to kill their baby...and wants the vamp to help her for the case so that he wins...and look at the precap he is playing with his own wife emotions...love...so when the right time comes...he breaks her heart badly...

I started my post along similar lines Fari.😆. but stopped myself thinking about what could be in store for us! May be we are being too thankful and generous today because in 2 more days, don't know what this guy is going to do to Siddhi that she will say yes to marry abhay😕

Agree Fari ,after months of ridiculing him, today, in 15 minutes he gave me an oppurtunity to praise him and like you said love him again!😉

I am glad he put his foot down and said 'NO'!😉

Mages, Hima, Ramya, tomorrow, in all probability, I'll want to erase this post😆 & pretend I never said this, but for today, I'd like to bask in the contentment of knowing a good man.

I'm being as blinkered as KC is usually shown to be & only focusing on the one scene today.

Besides, there is always hope that tomorrow won't be as bad as the precap suggests. If it is, lets hope it won't last too long & if it degenerates & regresses back to old times, I can sharpen my tongue yet again😉😆

KC did not fail me in today's episode for I was not in the least bit worried aboout him marrying Richa.

Well Fari,

For some reason I had belief that KC would stand up. Not the way I imagined but still better than a puppet or helpless chap.
Simple yet strong No. I had said he will choose neither.
About tomorrow, one thing learned from parichay is don't believe or assume things till it happens.
Sure it seems bad, how bad only time will tell.
