Now that Priya is back, Ram and Ayesha's marriage is null and void. As legally according to Hindu Marriage Act if a wife is alive the husband cannot marry someone else unless they're divorced.

I agree. But Ram seem to have checked her out of his mind. If he continues with his rage feat he may get a divorce along with child custody
