Dadi continues to show what a vindictive scheming person she can be, she emotionally tugged at Arnav's heart by using his mother as a weapon to accomplish her goal. Dadi lied to Arnav about the picture and left him torn between his mother and his love. I really felt bad for Arnav here, he's been put in such a difficult position naturally he needs some time to process this shocking blow.

Dadi really does not waste time, she makes her way to the wedding venue and unleashes havoc. Dadi reveals she misled Garima that day, that she never forgave her and her intentions were to hurt her the same way she was hurt 14 years ago. Pieces of the puzzle slowly start to connect for the Guptas and Raizadas who are left in shock and disbelief at what is happening. A day which started out with happiness ended with doom with Dadi and Shyam enjoying every moment of it

I felt Nani, Anjali and Manorama were justified in asking Garima why she didn't speak up earlier. I know it doesn't seem logical for her to just come out and reveal her role what happened all those years ago, but for Nani and Anjali who have always held the Guptas in high regards that had to hurt.

Though the Raizadas were justified in their POVs, so were Khushi and Payal who really took me by surprise today. Both daughters really took a stand for a woman who raised them as her own after their mothers died, for them if she said she was innocent then that must've been the case. For Khushi it must've been a case of deja vu the way Dadi insulted her mother for similarly it is the way Shyam insulted her character and she wasn't about to let the same happen to her mother. Garima is truly fortunate

I've got to hand it to the CVs what I expected and what unraveled were two different things and I couldn't be more relieved! I fully expected to see an episode full of humiliation for the Guptas who would helplessly endure the insults silently but instead I saw two young women, daughters who put up one hell of a fight. I'm glad they did not go the cliched route by having Payal and Khushi be the damsels in distress needing their husbands to rescue them, these are two women capable of fighting their own battles and they more than proved that today. Hats off to Payal and Khushi!!

Arnav will return for Khushi but it remains to be seen how. Will he marry her with a 360 mandir wedding or will it be in your face to shut Dadi up?? Hoping with time to think logically he realizes Dadi's intentions were to always humiliate Khushi. I also wonder how he will react finding out Khushi is supporting her mother, will he understand or will this distance them? This track is gripping and execution has improved by bounds! IPK is back!

Drama packed episode today; but I enjoyed it. It is needed for the story to unfold and I am super glad about the quick pace and crisp execution👏👏.

Dadi is a vindictive conniving bitch who is so blinded by her beliefs and so bent on vengeance she is all set to destroy her grandson's and family's happiness😡. While I hated her for playing such a shrewd game and hitting ASR with the most devastating truth of his life at the last minute, she has underestimated the strength of the ARHI bond and how far Arnav has evolved in his love for Khushi. I do not blame the family for questioning Garima as to why she never mentioned this past connection to anyone till now. Garima may be an innocent victim but the fact that she was hiding showed her guilt and she should have come clean to at least someone. Yes she was a mother trying to protect her daughters but her very silence has resulted in this dramatic last minute revelation. The highpoint of the whole Garima character assassination was the rise of the feisty Khushi who believes in the ones she loves and stands up for them. She knows her mother can never intentionally harm anyone and I'm glad Khushi and Payal shed the abla nari image to stand up for their loved ones👏👏.

I have no doubt Arnav will show up for the wedding; he has been dealt a big blow; his mother is sacred to him and her death was what has resulted in his character today. He has shut himself up and brooded over the past for 14 years and that cannot change in an instance. I think his FB's were perfect; his parents broken relationship because of who aurat, the devastation it wrecked on Anjali's life and finally that of his most precious moments with Khushi. I do not think the FB for the intimate moments they shared the night before were indicative of his guilt or responsibility but of his love and her trust in him. What they shared was a culmination of their attraction, true love and deep bond; it was special to the viewers and it was special to Arnav which is why I think it was very appropriate😉.

I really hope the spoiler about Khushi waiting for him at the madap is true; I do not want her to run away. She knows Arnav too well to understand how he will shut himself up after this revelation, how he will need time to process this new information but I hope the "hume bharosa hai aap pe, apke pyaar pe" comes into play and she waits because she knows he will not abandon her and will definitely come. That would be truly wonderful and a big slap on the face of Dadi and Shyam that despite all the evil planning they could not dent Arnav's love and Khushi's trust.

Khushi looked gorgeous and loved the return of the tigress who will stand up for what she believes in and not shy away and shed tears. She is far stronger emotionally than Arnav and I hope she stands with him while he faces the biggest conflict of his life. She is the only one who can help him truly move forward and rise from the memories of his dark past into a bright future. Destiny is about to test their love once again; but the past few months of blossoming love and trust along with their mothers and DM's blessings will take them through this tough phase.

Sanaya was superb today; she looked fantastic and was excellent in the confrontation scenes. Barun: not one word said, not a tear shed but the emotions and turmoil flashing across his face brilliantly portrayed⭐️⭐️. NK was hilarious with his phone holder today🤣 Why was Sashi babua so expressionless today😕😕? Overall great execution and good pace is keeping me glued to my screen in anticipation of what is next.

The bomb has been dropped , first on Arnav and now on the Gupta family. Dadi unflinchingly, without an ounce of remorse proceeds to unleash her venom bottled within her for 14 years. Once she is done punishing Graima , her girls , Arnav and everyone who caused her son's death will she be at peace and return to her ashram where she came from ? Hate begets more hate , it's a vicious cycle dadi and forgiveness is the only way.

After several months of dithering on various tracks , especially since the Payash wedding, the cvs have not managed to hold on to tracks that had a lot of potential. Starting from the kidnapping, to the end of the contract marriage and not to talk about the miscarriage what starts and continues as "possibilities" ends dead flat. The current track to me is hell of an interesting one. Unlike the silly Shyam MU or the Didid ki saut where the story had no legs the current situation is a real conflict for ODC . How will they as a couple so much in love deal with the current circumstances. Seems very exciting and fervently hoping I am not disappointed with lame execution and character assassination. Fingers crossed.

I do not want to write much about the episode as I think most of you will cover it and it needs to be played out more before I form an opinion. It was 3 episodes in a row what I call brilliant.

For me two images remain . The first was Arnav's childlike expression at dadi's question as to what will you do it it's your decision. As if he was transported back into his past facing the same devastation that shaped him to be the man he is today. What can he decide ? What option does he have ? Is it so easy to forget and forgive and move on ? His inner conflict well described by the Fbs , his past and his future. He needs his long drive and time to even collate all this information thrown at him . I was reminded of Lavanaya's parting words to him , If you ever are in a circumstance where you have to choose between love and hate , choose Love as it is bigger than everything. Arnie this is your biggest test and I have faith in you ( not as much in the cvs though..) Come thru for your Khushi.

The second image was the childlike Khushi rushing down the stairs in anticipation. My heart went out to this women who has to pay such a heavy price for small dreams. She like any other girl had wanted her prince to come and sweep her off her feet . DM has a different plan and as my mom would say that god tests those people he loves the most . A lame explanation but her pariksha is not over as yet. Will her prince charming come thru for her ? Yes I have faith in him. Arnie come thru for your Khushi.

Sari, I apologize for the next few comments . I tend to stick to only my views in your post and stay away from criticism of comments made by other members. I make an exception today as I was so stunned at the comments on the general forum today on the episode. Remarks on "Does Arnav deserve Khushi ? " " Arnav is a coward ? " , "Khushi should take roop of her DM and walk out " etc etc… Really ? Is this about one or the other – you defend Arnav and I defend Khushi !!! Is the show not about flawed character's who are dealing with feelings and emotions the best way they can. Would I love Arnav more if after listening to dadi he walks right in the mandaap for the phearas. Would that be acceptable knowing his love for his mom. Would I be happy if Khushi shows Arnav the finger and say – get lost you had all you could have of me now no more !!! Isn't she the girl who will do anything for the person she loves so why will she want to walk off Arnav ? Just found it very illogical and off the cuff reactions scaring me as to how we the public react to fictional characters and hoping it is only to fictional characters. Anyway…I was appalled at the lack of maturity and sensibility.

I am so hurting for Khushi & Arnav right now….wanting to walk right in the screen and give them a hug. This is going to drag for another day and then tomorrow is TRP day. Lets see if there is any positive change or have all IPK fans migrated to Mahadev !!!

A remarriage didn't make sense in the first place but Dadi's crash landing had to be justified. So a big fat Indian wedding part 1 was attempted only to be short circuited by an electric pillow which had to be taken out because it was too much area to be covered by net sarees. Big fat Indian wedding part 2 is playing rugby in the rain with Dadi, with all this mud, it is hard to see which way the game is going. Dadi seems to be winning because TRPs need to win. Apparently 2 is not as good of a number as 3. More is better seems to be the case here for real: more mudslinging = higher TRP? We shall see.

Today's episode was dedicated to the 7 women of IPK. The three accusers (Dadi, Anjali, Mami), three victims (Garima, Khushi, Payal) and one (Nani), on the fence. Yay!! for so-called nayi soch and hats off (NOT) to driving the point home that women don't need anyone else to ruin their lives and that of the others. Put a bunch of them together in a room, give them a weapon (in addition to their tongues) and no one would ever need an army! Gee...thanks. I feel so much better! so somehow being berated by your own kind feels less humiliating? I don't think so.

Shaadi happens or not, I don't care. What I want is a constant reminder that at the very least ASR's character will stay intact because every other character has taken a hit just to keep him intact. I want the love story to stay intact. A resilient Khushi and defiant ASR, both in love and for the right reasons. I am as tired of this whole joke and mess of the riti riwaj as ASR should be. He is married for Pete's sake! Khushi is his wife. March in there and claim what's yours. Screw the society dammit! He is not his father's son, he is not a Malik, he is a Raizada! his Nani's grandson. He made a vow to never leave her, he made a promise, time to pay up. I don't want to see the mandap turned into the RM terrace. He learned his lesson the hard way by not listening to the truth, let alone believing it. No matter how grave the situation or incident is, the same mistake can't be repeated - the truth needs to be given its due from both sides. Garima needs to be heard. Will the real ASR please stand up? and soon?

The sad reality is this drama will only get validated if the TRPs are high. Sure.. capital gains but doesn't make the mudslinging palatable, not even one bit. Another sad reality is no matter what decision ASR takes, it will always be somehow justified by the makers and re-validated by the fandom - biases run deeper! Heaven forbids if Khushi turns him down, she will be roasted alive for "abandoning the man in times of need", hypocrisy much?

Just for kicks: My mom, though international audience, still represents the core "aunty" demographic. Between yesterday and today she has exhausted all punjabi galiyan and hand gestures at Dadi. BUT the very interesting thing, she said ASR should use his brain, figure out Garima is Khushi's massi AND it is not Khushi's fault. He should know better. So there you go makers, don't question your audience's intelligence.
