CVs time line is very bad?

I haven't seen the episode today but a big question in mind. 14 years back if Arnav was 14 and assuming khushi is 18 right now (the lowest age I can take) then khushi must be 4 yrs and Payal is older then khushi so Payal has to be at least 4 years and 1 day old . So what is the logic- is it that Garima was have extra marital affair?

What is khushis age is khushi only 13yrs and Payal?..

The whole timeline does not match with the story line.

payal is not garima's daughter, she was shashi daughter with his first wife

No Khushi is 23 so at the time of the disaster Khushi was 8 and the disaster was about 15 yrs back. When the serial started it was about 14 yrs and 1 yr the serial did go on. The timelines are correct.

Arnav was 14 at the time of disaster
Anjali was 18 at the time of disaster
Khushi was 8 and Payal was around 9.
