Sona was very good as Adishakti yesterday. She looked excellent as far as power in voice is concerned it did not register even at the time of Sati but I have liked both in that form. Both women executed power and beauty. Parvati has more innocence and daintiness in her face and voice which works well when she is the wife and mother.

It is easier for a man to go very high pitch and still maintain the power in it. But women tend to go shrill. The voice thins out.. They should have used special effects to bring out the power.. But neither for Mouni Nor for sona they have done this and the end result is the huge structure of adishakti does not match the voice.
Both looked awesome. and both their expressions of anger was bang on. but the voice went eee :P
