5 essentials every woman needs in her handbag

Jeevika- Make up

I like carrying a few of my make up essentials like lipstick, eye liner, fresh wipes and some gloss. You don't need to carry many items but a few are a must as they come handy when you want to spruce yourself up within 2 minutes.

Pankhuri- Hand sanitizer

I travel to and from work using public transport and hence carrying a small sanitizer bottle is a must for me. It comes in handy when there is no water around and is not messy. This will protect you from germs and keeps illness at bay. Apart from this I like to carry an umbrella not only for the rains but also as it protects from harmful UV rays.

Maanvi- Mobile charger

I love roaming outside and often I forget to charge my cell phone when at home. It's very important for me to keep in touch with di and beeji or they get worried, so I always make sure to carry my charger. Some other things that I always have in my handbag are note pad, pens, medicines, water bottle etc.

Khushi- Chilli powder

In today's times, a girl going out alone even during the day is very risky. So I always make sure to carry some chilli powder, so that I can protect myself, if the need arises. Other essentials in my handbag include hair clips, juice bottle, some snacks like biscuits or wafers, a small mirror and hair brush.

Sandhya- books

I always like to carry a novel or magazine as while travelling as I have a habit of reading. It helps me pass time easily. I generally also carry mint, deodorant, house keys, id proof etc in my purse.
