Maan took geet to their cottage knowing her state …she was flushed emotionally….. geet was somewhere scared of his reaction that what he will do …..he will be definitely hate her and will accuse her for lying to him….. she knew that know he knew that she is carrying someone's baby ….. maan made her relax on the bed….. she was still in the moment when she faced the allegations…….

Geet hugged maan …tears were spilling ….crying at her state…..

Maan made her look at him…….

Geet : I am sorry sir ….. you were right I shouldn't have come here…… she tried to move but maan made her lie down…..

Maan: geet you need rest….. he tried to go but geet held his hand ……

Geet: I need to tell you truth….. please don't mistake me…. Don't hate my baby…..she cried holding his hand…..

Maan knew he needed to hold her….. console her ….. he sat beside her taking her in his arms…..there was no shame , shyness or anything that can restrict themselves to express themselves but the urge and need to console her ….. the guilt of not sharing her past made them comfortable with each other…………

Maan: geet look at me…. He was very gentle with her…the tough and hard MSK has somewhere vanished leaving a deep caring maan….. who can stand at all odds for his love….. for the strong girl who had suffered in her life…. A girl who made his senses alive by her closeness…. Her innocent cute gestures made him to fall over and again for her …….

Geet didn't replied maan again called her….

Maan: geet …. He took the taveez that she was wearing ….do you remember this…. She looked at the sacred thread and nodded just like a child…and continued…this thread has always binded her and look today ….it tied us with the unbreakable thread of marriage….. before maan could continue geet said with a cute pout forgetting all her concerns….

Geet: but it is not for me…. Baba said that it is for my life partner ……

Maan smirked mischiviously and almost pulled her to his lap…..

Maan: so you mean it is for me…coz I am your husband now…..

Listening to word Husband geet got herself separated and backed herself till her back almost touched the bed rim…..

Geet: you shouldn't have done this…. I doesn't derserve all this…… what will you say to daadima now….

Geet was murmering with tears clouded in her eyes thinking of daadi's reaction seeing them married and what will happen when she will get to know that geet is pregnant……

Geet: you deserve someone who is pure …… not tainted like me….

Maan was listening to her words first were her concern for him but the next set of words made him angry ….how can see say that she is not pure…… that pervert will have to face the wrath of maan singh khurana who tried to play with her …….

Maan again pulled her to him kissing her forehead……

Maan: you are the epitome of purity …… no one can touch the real and innocent soul of yours ….. do you understand that geet …… now take rest …he made her lie down and went near the window looking at the full moon…. Somewhere thinking what to say to daadima…..may be truth will be the best for her …. Maan decided to reveal the truth tomorrow and start a fresh all new with geet……………..

Next morning maan woke up and saw geet who was still sleeping …well the peace and sleep was far away from him so he was just staring at his innocent beauty sleeping all the night …. Geet stirred in her sleep and smiled slighty and her hand went touch her tummy first …this was her usual routine ….. still with her eyes closed she backed herself and touched the bed headpost …. Folded her hands and offered her morning prayer….

Geet: good morning babaji….. from me and baby's side…. When she heard someone saying…..

Maan: and from baby's papa geet….. geet opened her eyes to see the truth …the bitter sweet reality in front of her she realized that now she is not geet only….but geet maan singh khurana …and even if she will try to part herself from him she won't be able to….some invisible thread always binds them and now he has given the shape to that bond that exist between them…..

Geet was still in a dazed situation when maan came towards her and geet didn't move as in a trance…..

Geet: baby's papa….. she just whispered as her mind registered his words…..

Maan: geet get up…… how much do you sleep…… get ready we have to reach delhi…..

Geet as an obedient wife followed his instructions….she got ready still wearing the taveez….and the red hue still adorning her forhead …well it didn't wash up properly…..

It was two in the noon when they reached ……. Geet was going to outhouse but maan didn't let her go…..

Maan: geet …where are you going…. This is not the way to mansion…..

Geet: but sir I live in mansion….. and I am going there….

Maan: geet have you forgot that we are married now…..

Geet: please sir….. I know that all you did there was just to save my dignity that you are doing since we met….. and I am married and am carrying a child….. saying so she turned her face and started to move…..

Maan was having a rage seeing her indifference he knew that she is having a strong form of feelings for him…..he can clearly see that in her eyes and here she herself is not accepting…..

Maan st: I have waited a enough long time geet …. Given you enough time to tell me what you feel but not always I will walk on your terms….. till now I have done what you wanted but from now you will have to listen to me…..

Maan came behind her and carried her in his arms….

Geet shouted she was startled seeing him….. carrying her like that……

Geet: sir…leave me…what are you doing….. what if anyone sees us….leave me….. hayee babaji…what will I say to daadima if she will ask me why your maan sir was carrying you like this…. I can't even lie that I am sick….. she was struggling and literally jumping in his arms to get herself free….

While maan was enjoying her plight….

Maan: geet ….stop calling me sir…..and why would anyone say anything to you ….you are my wife….. and I am only carrying my wife because she is not listening to me…..

Geet: hawww sir when I didn't listen to you….. its only you who yells at me…. Dusht danav…she muttered……

Maan: stop calling me that miss hoshiarpur express……

When they were bickering like kids …daadima saw maan carrying geet …. She can see geet's expression and maan's smirking face…..she was delighted to see them like this….

Maan finally let go of her when she shouted daadima and quickly ran towards her….. for a time being she forget about her filled parting that the elderly lady had noticed and maan's calm and soothing expressions were telling that she did missed something important…..

Daadima: maan why are you troubling her……

Maan: daadima please don't take her side …….. you don't know what she had done….( he was referring to her going to HP alone……)

Daadima: let the matter be……. Get freshened up….. and have lunch you two must be tired…..

Geet: daadima…I am fine…. I am going to outhouse…. When she started to walk to the exit maan held her wrist…. And stopped her…..

Maan: daadima please get the lunch ready and you MRS GEET MAAN SINGH KHURANA …come with me…..

Maan's referring to geet was enough for all to know what is going on…… geet who was daadi's reaction had tears in her eyes imagining her reaction and she tried to pull herself from maan's grip and when she was not able to…..she shouted….. it was out of the vulnerability……

Geet: just leave my hand…she was sobbing loudly……

There was a gulit inside her that she can't let her burdened life her soul imposed on him…he deserves everything that is pure and fresh not like her cheated and destroyed…….
